thanks Cinco, writing tracks is something i really love these days and being a northern lad my voice will sound weird to lots, i understand that, i dont mind constructive critique with suggestions thats a massive help, i dont get much tbf but when it comes from a member of 8 years, that has given nothing to this site ever and has took over 3000 loops from its users is different its just to let the haters no i don't give a F@ck what they think, have they seen my stats, we are here to have fun and build friends why would people wanna hate, some abuse i've seen others face is totally uncalled for and i will always call these cowards out

i have done a couple like this before Kay, i allow dime to blow off sometimes, i got a few rap tracks to come all different deliveries and some great lyrics that i know you will like, thanks for your constant support you were well worthy of your shoutout something i used to do alot of before your time here :)

thanks for the listen Frans, dimestop can be an angry man at times, thats the voice in my head its real, it's always been me against him, this all started out as a way i could unburden my issues i delivered tongue in cheek, so to speak , but he has grown to be loved over the years and is larger than life, i put a lot into him, I'm confused how this oaf is liked, he's took over my music and I'm sure he's trying to take over my life his arrogance makes me cringe and blush at the same time but i can't stop writing for him :))

it most certainly does Aaron, some people probably think dime is Paul, dimestop is the character i created, he's not Paul,
Paul is anxious he worries too much and he would never insult anybody intentionally, i wouldn't get up in a karaoke bar full of friends, dime on the other hand is a big-headed arrogant fool and only loves himself, i let him have his time occasionally because he is the story, i just do his admin because he'd just tell everyone to f@ck off lol

thanks for your lovely words Rita, i spend a lot more time on a track now, after i write something and have the music i sing until its as good as it can be, then i spend loads more time on the engineering and mastering i think it is starting to show like on this track things i never really considered before like separation altering the stereo field using transient vocals and smooth vocals with no bleeding and then layer them all to get a good finish, my mates said to me the other week theres something different about your new tracks, i just said i'm getting better :))

Sleaford Mods are a cool band Lu and underground, its great to see my old friend still about and making great music, i got some good lyrical content in the next few tracks, its also the area i am putting more into along with engineering and i think its starting to show with much tighter and cleaner tracks, i will continue giving glimpses of life in song, if you sing the words you feel, it comes across real and to somebody who sings with so much emotion in his work like you thats something you well know anyway, great to see you about

thanks Chris, when i had a break, i done alot of thinking and critiqued myself to pieces, to many tracks, spreading myself to much, now its a slower pace, i think i learnt a huge lesson too, quality over quantity, Robins music was so apt for that vocal its a fantastic piece of music thanks for your comment mate

thanks for stopping by Mark, i have a new approach now, still plenty music just not as much, also i've dug deeper into engineering my work, to get a better finish, i still have lots to learn tho, each day is a school day when its comes to music, its finding the time but i'm happier and that will improve me all round

thanks Dan, i am not a big fan of cheesy lyrics, the occasional line is ok but not a full song, like a lot we get served up on radio by the pro's today.
i try to write descriptive and poetic, i try to avoid using foul language too, but sometimes it really is the best and only option lol, i have a track coming with a little swearing but it will make you smile and 'he didn't just say that'

do you know Robin, i started to sing the chorus on first listen, i had a big ass smile on my face, played it again back to back and downloaded it straight away, i had the full song wrote half hour later and i dropped a verse, we all have bad habits, mine may not offend some people but they piss off a bag of others, just like everyone else i suppose we all do something that annoys someone, i can sit in a room in silence on my own and i piss 4 chairs off enough they get up and walkout lol. check my reply to Aaron too, your in it, if your happy bruv

i did Aaron, on discord. i also mentioned to Robin that working with you has elevated his drum works to another level, we are a lucky bunch because we have bags of talent at our disposal, i 've just agreed on a collab with people i'm interested and looking forward to work with and of course we can collab on something, me and your bruv will provide the vocals, and you and Robin can hit the notes, i play keys and drums, so could come up with a melody if we need something extra from me but i tend to leave the music to others, and its less for me to get anxious about, i only have to concentrate on the vox them lol, you on synth Robin on keys or guitar would be cool and the beat you can fight over your both fire in my eyes and i've been promising your young bruv for time, and as you well know, i hate to let anyone down so get cooking with Robin as we need the beat to lead us, anyone with ideas of a theme or subject feel free to share, i can write a song for any subject, thanks for your check out and constant support bro
