Really really good invention. I feel that I did that. It's so original, well balanced and pleasant to listen.
Now, I'm waiting for new compositions.

on Delicious Green Tea by StereoMathematics
My fridge right now is stocked with a SHIT LOAD of the summer addition gold peak lemon aid ice tea I love this tea. So yeah I know where you are coming from. gold peak, water and the shock top lemon summer addition are about all I drink. However, I have been really trying to reduce the booze consumption it's kind of gotten out of hand lately. Hi Bro! :)

I really dig this track, I like the reverse elements you incorporated here, the wobble breaks. So yeah we kind of have a threshold of dream house and dubstep. Excellent work bro! Cheers! :)

Great track StereoMathematics! I totally forgot that I uploaded this pella. The beat is sick. I like the overall mix. I think my vocals might be a little to loud. Really nice work. Thanks for letting me know about this.

SWEET! dude i listend to wax on wax off. it was the "lyrical kenshin im the wanderin samurai that cuts the tension into three dimensions" and the witty unpridectible line too, i got that wu refrence, and i just loved it. looked at your profile to see if you had it uploaded. found it and made it work. im gonna rework the vocals, i was listinen to it in my car and they do seem overpowering. ill reup it sometime on saturday. i like your flows dude. thanks for the pella, the listen and the comments dude, glade you liked it.

Hey SMM

There is something definitely irresistible about your music. This is yet another fine example of your very fine and detailed approach to putting a great together. It has so much going on but nothing fights for the frontline and the balance, mix, timbre and arrangement of the sounds is beautifully done. A wonderfully constructed track. I love it.

lovin your sound, goin through your tracks right now... how do you those airy pads? they are so damn smooth, i love them... samples? so laid back, downloading this... something to chill too... nice nice work
StereoMathematics
StereoMathematics replied 11th Jul 2012 - 13 years ago
all the pads and samples are from elabs smokers delight. mostly from the mpc chordsounds folder, chopped up and all. drums are a stock maschine kit and the bass is sampled sub bass played out on the pads. thanks for the listen and the comment j1k, glad you enjoyed it.

this is really special - i'm really glad I stopped by your page. I wish I had the patience to make tracks like you. You have a good ear for slowly and subtly building up tracks. Sounds like its from the Ghost Dog: Way of the Samurai soundtrack - love it!
StereoMathematics

dude, that is one of my favorite movies of all time. another one is kill bill, where i first heard of maiko kaji. she did urami bushi (grudge blues) and shura no hana (flower of carnage). its the song that plays when o-ren gets the top of her head sliced off. sliced the hell out of intro to the second to make this. thanks for the kind words man, glad you liked it.

on Things in the Medicine Cabinet by StereoMathematics
I could have just copy paste most of that last review on to this because again i'm wondering how such a well thought out piece has had such little feedback. I love the big siren type noises and the old classic rhodes keyboard sounds.
You do things a little differently and i mean that in a good way.
It was a pleasure to listen to this track.

i dont like the inside of the box, its dark, theres no where to sit and it smells like stinky feet. outside tho there is fresh air and sunshine and plenty of space where i can lay down. thanks for listen and the review mr. q, glad you liked it.

This is great mate. Reminds me a little of the beastie boys stuff from the ill communication era. In some ways i'm glad i'm not very skilled at hip hop because the competition in that genre is fierce on this site. It must get kind of annoying when you write a great piece of music like this and it somehow manages to slip by with just one measly review?
(well two now) Anyway, the style you've chosen is right up my street and that download button would have been pressed if it was enabled.
Mix quality superb. Sounds uplifting and funky.
A job well done!

thanks mr. q. nah dont bother me one bit. and this isnt really hip hop, more along the lines of soul hop, maybe funk hip soul hop; limitations of the select a genre. origionally i was gonna put in a bunch of audio from the kaiser report where him and stacey were talkin about the sopa and pipa bills. was gonna call it kill hollywood, but the program i use to capture sounds off my sound card stopped workin and the creative sound cap program wont save, so its been left alone. for now...
thanks again for the listen and your kind words, glad you enjoyed it.

StereoMathematics
StereoMathematics replied 15th May 2012 - 13 years ago
werd werd. to tell the truth, its not a loop. its one clip of drum rack the entire length of the song. painstakingly and meticulously added each drum. hours of point/click, the miricals of jwh-018. thanks for the listen gun, and thanks for the comment.

man how have you been? yea, big glowing skull in a space suit. he woulda got away with it to, if it wasnt for those meddling kids and their dog. im likin the stutter edit, comes in quite handy when workin with premade loops. breaks up the monotony. thanks for the listen dude.

I knew from the title I wasn`t going to hearing the usual..That is a real smooth beat and backing layer for dubstep (not that I clain to know squat about many genres) and then the querkier stuff fits it to the title...Gotta say it does make for good listening..my ears were perked to the last note so that tells me I found some interesting & good listening music (my radio never has any of it)..Nicely done SM...enjoyed...keep on....Ed

This is very chilled mate. i have to agree with RogueAi. i hear a lot of dubstep that frankly just sucks to my ears but this is something far more appealing to me. The vibe is kind of groove armadaish but with a subtle twist of electronic efx.
A great tune to kick back and chill to.

thanks free, or should i say mr. q.(honestly didnt know you were nick q till i saw your comment on z's song lol and no the alien was not a dead giveaway) i too am growing weary of that oppressively loud dubstep. dont get me wrong, sometimes its good, but it has lost its air of originality. just seems that its become a competition fought with triple oscillators and lfos, first one to make ears bleed or cause a seizure wins. happens all the time in music, so i was thinkin why not make the alternative, the antithesis to the loud.
glad you liked it q. thanks again for the listen, hope tomorrow is better for you.
