So eerie, So tight, I love you style, very reminiscint of Aphex Twin, I can totally see the influence in the grit of your sound. I'm curious if you ever do any of this stuff live and/or have considered putting visuals to what you've got. I dig film and can occasionally get access to some great equipment and love video loops crazy/dark/weird visual stuff, which you're stuff (and this song in particular) would provide great inspiration.
ive been wanting to do video a long time, but not had the resources (i get by on music with freeware anyhow). ive thought about recording a duststorm on abandoned vehicles, but i have no idea what to do for when it picks up. your welcome to do video projects with any of my music
i love the base beat, its heavy, thick and juicy "thats what she said" on a side note, i would have liked to hear this song have more direction...it just kind of wanders forward :( you could never put vocals to this song. nothing that didnt just keep repeating the same note pattern that is. regardless its heavy, keep trying this stuff :)
this is one of my early works, and its more a structural style than anything else, i must also respond in song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxqvX6niXoM
stuff like this works if you work it well
awesome drum beats/ volume cresendos reminds me of ministry/ old electro industrial the instrument notes are suttle overall but they also have a good groove/hook,
I'll at this to my favourites and use this is one of my examples to learn from. This is a basic idea of what I want in a song and vocals.
I like how your structure, choosen samples and the colour you gave them, really feels like trailers you'll see at the movietheater. All those question ask by that deep dark voice really fit image.
Did you plan this or did it just happen?
all samples and lyrics are his, the rest is mine. its obvious hes done quite a good job. i planned the general ideas, johnny took it from there. thanks for listening
Putrid - lol. Man, you've really found that dark ambient dubsteppy place with this one. You've brought some of the finest industrial sensibilities into this one, and they all work really well for creating the atmosphere. Great arrangement, and a really good mix.
NIce man I like it. I got a lot to learn when it comes to dubstep. This is nasty I like the intro build up to the beat and the drop. Nice kinda spooky sounds for the atmosphere ride with it as well. Sick little glitchne3ss hidden in there gives more of a atmos too and overall crunchy feel. I like it dark and somber. Good title too fits nicely with it. Dope beat brutha...Blume :) add 2 favs
Dude you have a knack for creating powerful atmospheres. I am diggin the intro a lot. I am too impatient for long ambient build ups like that, but they do lend to a better overall composition. the bass sounds really good. I like how kind of builds in, very slick...I also really like all the glitch you got goins on in there. The sweeping ambient strings really give the song its it's ghostly appearance. Ok, I'm to the meat now... The only thing I can hear that I would change is the bass is a little quiet, however I am listening in phones, so I could be just missing some frequencies. the acoustic guitar fits nicely too.
much respect man, ill check the bass levels, but it sounds pretty loud on this end. The intros and dropping basses are a big part of the genre, patience pays a lot when you drop. Thanks very much for your great review!
I agree that this song has a great atmosphere. The pads are fantastic, I can tell that you've mixed this in to your own style, this is a darker sort of trance. The drumloops are definatley something I've seen in your tracks before, mixed into something else which is different to what you normally make.
Definatley has something to it which I like. Nice work Cyber.
good to hear that from you, absent mindedly with the drums i guess, and this was meant to be so much darker... but my synthesis hit a block, someday ill finish this song in the way i wanted, but this one is good for now
This track is totally exciting! I love the fusion of styles that you've created, and you've done it so well! The glitchy drums are very cool! The dubstep elements are equally nice! Great mixing and arranging! This one is a fave for sure!
I love it man... Very interesting 16 bit melodies...
all over the place! Almost carnival-ish... (in a good way!)
I say this lightheartedly, but I would have liked to see some craziness on the nonchalant melody part..
I really really loved the sfx in thingy at the beginning too.
A synth made up of that would be unreal!
i believe the technical genre is metal/glitchstep. niether glitch or dubstep are very melodic on their own. i think youll like irrelevant pudding though. thanks for the listen, this one is still unfinished though
Thanks cyber for the chance on this one! I did go off on a tangent slightly, well maybe more than slightly!LOL but once I get rolling it is hard to stop! thanks everyone who liked my addition to this great track !
Wow!--- this is very very good! Awesome fusion of glitch and dubstep, I have tried to do that as well but I think You have nailed the formula! Ridiculous Chops My Friend! Keep it comin'
nice work on matching the acappellas up with the instrumental parts of the song. The acapella seems a bit off like you said but I think that minor imperfection gives the song an organic feel.
I'm going to agree with the aphex twin similarities. I love this glitch stuff. More like this would be appreciated. The complexity sometimes throws the organization off, but overall well done.
its probably about time i produced more electro again anyways, i suppose i will be making more like this soon. i must say that hadnt even heard of Aphex Twin when i made it though. thanks for checking out

I kinda agree.. some more melodic elements would have been kinda nice?... perhaps a pad?
But I really like all the work you put in them drums!
made them a bich you did!
I am really impressed with the breadth of sonic ideas mixed.
Dub, kinda ambient...(kinda lol), glitch, metal?
