Great track PMK, has a great feel to this. I'm swinging my beer back and forth in the air, trying to sing along but I can't cuz I don't speak the language, ha! Nice job with the vocals.

I can add some mando if you want, let me know.

a dangerous track = one of those songs that tell you just how good you feel now and how much you'll pay later. crosses oceans, bro!
Kikajon
Kikajon replied Unknown
Oceans are ment to be crossed, don't you agree?
Even if the song is in swedish, you picked up the spirit. Thank you for listening, I really appreciate it.

A really great track, the music and feel to the song is superb. The vocals are spot on, although I have no idea what is being said, I enjoyed this track a lot. Keep up the good work.

Thanks, I'm really glad you liked it. The tune is so much nicer than the hangover that followed the events described in the song. :)

Wow!I am totally blown away by this.Beautiful, from start to finish.
I am so honored by your thoughts for Matthew. He was not my son,but the son of a family friend, but the pain, none the less, has been so hard to bare!
Thank you for this. You have touched my heart and I am so grateful to you for dedicating this track.Elaine is one of my best artists on this site,so it was really amazing that she featured in this.
I have written an album for Matthew which is almost complete and ready for release.I would love to include this track on the album,if I get your permission.
The proceeds are going to charity to help burn victims, but hopefully,we will get lots of exposure and may go places with this.
I have not written this album for financial success in the music industry, but to try help raise money for charity.Any recognition will be a bonus, and who knows what it could lead to?Let me know if I can include this on the album, and thank you so very much for caring. It is so appreciated!LLove.g.x

What can I say but I'd be very honored to do so. But Elaine have to give her permission. I can contact her if you wish.
I'd also like to redo the vocals in the beginning, I'm not completely satisfied.
I'm really pleased that you liked this song. Take care and speak soon.

p.s. Hi again. My friend Jim added his voice to an angel in the ground. This is the final version.

Another rockin tune, smokin guitars at the beginning, and a great solo! The previous reviewer John has a good point about doubling the vocs. You impress me more and more with each track, great guitar vocs and lyrics.

Thanks Jim. Sometimes it's fun to bang out the guitars. I could do without the singing, though. I'll let you take care of that. :)

such a cool "whiskey sipping" kind of tune. very nice and eshar's words are awesome in here. don't really know Pink Floyd that well (gasp - shock - horror)... hehehe, but i like the sound you've got going here! very nice tune.
Kikajon
Kikajon replied Unknown
Thank you for the kind words.
The lyrics came after I had contact with a man in South Africa who had lost someone close to him. Eshar's words seemed perfect. Even if my vocals have flaws, I'm quite happy about the song.

You can strengthen your voice and fill it out a bit by singing the vocals again (they will never be the same twice) and running both side by side. It is called double tracking. John Lennon loved to do it with his voice. By the way, next to me you have the voice of crooner. Anyways, I like the track. A bit more production is needed to bring out the backing track a bit more, but that's a small matter. Well done.

Sometime, can you sing louder to make the listen wake up and t ogive a modulation in the strength of your music.
Verey good tempo and melody
