You are my favorite Producer on looperman. I like everything you make. You are making the kind of music I am tryin to make but it never turns out like that! Keep it goin you have a big fan with me!
Thanks so much for this kind review, this totally made my day! Glad you're on this site, there are so many talents, I'm just a window you know? Have fun, stay crafty. - DF
I'm a big fan of this kind of stuff. You've inspired me to write a sitar based track. I agree with oasisduke on this. There nothing negative that one can say. Did you sequence all the sitar parts, or are they pre-existing loops?
I cant sing or rap. But all my friends and brothers seem to think so. Ill try. It will be my first recording ever. lol But yo this track is dope as $#!T Im gonna start writing tonight and Ill repost when Im done
Just heard your updated version, sounding good my man. Maybe throw some cred my way on that description and we'll call it a collaboration ;) Take it easy V.
wow...very pretty...
what youve got here is a beautiful cinematic piece that a hip hop producer would take, lay a hard hitting beat, sung lyrics/hook and/or a sick spit on top and immediate have in his or her possession a top 40 hit. the composition is compelling and commendable. very dramatic...it pulls you right in from note one and doesnt let go until the last timpany drops. Great use and amount of accents thruout. really enjoyed this piece.
amazing work!
Thanks for reviewing my track, the intro on this track is perfect and the bassline is nasty... It's like house with a grimey dnb feel to it... Keep up the good work!
Very ambient and cinematic, Well put together the only thing I could suggest is to change up the piano loops during the solo piano parts it might be good for a bit of extra drama. `EEEville
Thoroughly enjoyed this track, I have used some of the same loops in my track entitled "JERICHO", give it a listen and see what you think. Keep up the good work!!
How about that... nicely done, guess we can't really go wrong with these sounds ;) Your tune makes me think of a desert arena battle, good stuff. Thanks for listening.
love love LOVE the piano on this track. i actually like the sparceness of the beginning of this track [but im quite partial to more progressive tracks]. each musical component -including the vox sample- is really well placed, making this a cohesive, enjoyable piece to listen to.
really great work, again!
For some reason this piece has been special for me, I keep going back to it to listen and tweak. I think it's the slow build up of the piano piece near the middle that gets me pumped. Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for taking the time to listen ;) - DF
masterful use and placement fo vox samples on this one. i would just like to hear a bit more melody, perhaps brought out with synths or some other ambient sounding instrument. other than that, this is another solid piece from you.
nice work!
wonderful use of the sitar loops. i adore your percuss work on this, as well. love tracks with a middle eastern/indian feel to them. youre gonna have to put up more unpolished pieces if you want any constructive criticism lol cause i cant find anything i dont like about this track.
nice work!
What a bassline! I cant really explain why I like it but I just do. Some of the sounds used sound like their from the track Rollin n Scratchin from Daft Punk. Same Style of sound. Pretty slick track man keep this stuff coming.
Awesome intro, and it doesn't disappoint once that beat kicks in! Never heard an effective fusion between house and DnB, but you've done it here! Excellent bass work! This almost gets an industrial edge to it in certain parts. Very cool track!
