Hey Hustle..like the track title this groove is SMOOTH! I really like to hear HipHop tracks without the vocals occasionally so I can feel where the producer is going musically, deep, dark and somewhat evocative of city streets at night...cool stuff man! cheers Dave :)
I might have to change the genre I think, a few people now have said it doesn't fit the "hip hop" genre as well as it might fit others. track titles are always a hard one. I tend to just sit there for about 5 minutes with my eyes closed and put a word to how I'm feeling/seeing when the song is playing.
Yeah if it has a Download link feel free to use it. just drop my name somewhere. glad you liked it never pictured it as a dental video soundtrack. this song was sampled from a Roy Ayres song so I technically don't own it
thanks man I surprised myself with this one, can't stop playing it. I got bored and was thinking of what kind of song to make and I looked on youtube and found "creepy/scary video game music" I found a few I liked and sampled them. I have a few others on my soundcloud page I'm thinking of making an album of just dark "horror" type of beats. I have 4 of them so far need like 10 more to make it official. thanks for the listen and favorite, let me know if you are digging a certain one I'm always down to collab.
thanks man, I was fooling around that day and came up with that beat, found your upload and used it, thought for 1000+ downloads of your acapella there wasn't near enough comments or links to beats people used your acapella in. I have some loops with tons of downloads but no links to see what they created. would be nice if we could listen to some of them sitting on peoples hard drives collecting dust
Nice work here man. I knew just by the title that there would be kungfu samples in the track and sure, it was.
Loving the bruce lee effects too brother.
I would probably put the '45' sample at 1.12 again before the second section.
Blessings to you man. - B
you know what I never herd of Giorgio moroder before I had to go on youtube and do some research on him and wow for his time (1977) I would have to say that music is very progressive. it seemed to me to be more techno-ish then funk but I didn't listen to everything of his. I dig that man making me do some homework lol
thanks man I kinda did the beat around your vocal because I made a song when I first started on here and used another one of your acapella's and it didn't turn out so well lol had to make up for it

I agree this could use either some vocals or some kind of woodwind solo. Maybe get SlapJohnson to lay down a sax track for it.
