if this is practise i look forward to perfect. I'm glad to have found your material which resonates with me i thought i was in a club of one. :) ReGaRdS RoBbIe
they say bitcoin is the new gold who knows this track for sure is as good as gold i like the beat the beat the beat driving itself into my brain relentlessly driving into my brain. Edgy and clean solid work i really enjoyed this regards Robbie.
Cool industrial feel to this one. The driving beat with the varied sounds and effects made me listen intently all the way through. Other than the ending being a bit abrupt, I liked the overall feel and concept to the track. I could see a bunch of robot and automated machines cut quickly as a visual in a video for this. Just long enough to get you absorbed while listening then makes you give it another play to check it out again.
Awesome , this is Ambient, and a freaking scary ambient at that. great usage of the whole dynamic palate. the sub bass with the dissonance is sublime. 1:55 reminds me of some NIN or later Gary Numan.
fav'd, thanks for adding to the Hal;loween spectacle!

after I uploaded it I seen your thread and thought "well damn isn't that just a great coincidence, Halloween themed music thread. perfect" making decent ambient songs is a lot harder then it sounds. when you get into the "weird" noise territory its hard to get similar sounding synths in there that go well together. I'm going to try another one and see how it comes out. if its Halloween worthy I will post it up on that thread. thanks for the listen and review!
Hey Hustle you are right about the lyrics i usually close a track down almost immediately if is has lyrics on it unless the vocalist is really good I know that is a matter of personal preference and there are lots of people who only listen if there are lyrics. Good observation though and food for thought thanks and best regards. Robbie
If I were you I drop the 3rd part, just let the 2nd break for more and fade out...though it's more than brilliant...outstanding piece with that muggy feeling of the desert...:-)
that main lead instrument (maybe sitar?) is cool enough to get the song...maybe violin can help a bit...if there is a synthish tone in front of the parts ) than sorry about the side note...
all in all, great track for sure, faved, handshake, Danke
you know I thought it was a bit too long myself, stretching the 2nd break and cutting the 3rd will help relieve the repetitiveness of it for sure. I was using some eastern vocal samples that didn't really go well I think your violin idea might do the trick. I appreciate the feed back Danke because I was all out of ideas lol
Very cool! I lived outside Boston and weekdays they had a 4 hour reggae show(and all it's associated genres) that I used to listen to. Music like this was thrown in the mix and this brings me back to those days, good times. Great vocal track and I liked the percussion too.
I couldn't tell you one thing about dancehall but good music is good music. Surprised this doesn't have more comments.
So dope HustleUnion! That beat is ridiculously sick with such a ill vibe to it. I've always been a fan of Pete Rock and you used this pella perfectly. The mix sounds solid too. This one's a Fav and downloaded. Truly nice work.
This is fire dipped in fire covered in fire sauce sprinkled with FIRE spice. With a side of FIre. Fire juice included in meal. Can i hav the instrumental.
yikes i'm 5 years late. i have a solid track record now of replying late on this site lol. this might be the longest yet. this instrumental has been broken down into its separate stems and uploaded in my loop section under "Nightmare" hope the fire didn't go out lmao
hey whats up shatner, I was working on a track had this pella on it, was working on it all day and instead of exporting it like I should have I said Naw lets sit on it for one more day to see if I can polish it some more. go to open it the next day and the file was corrupt. I tried my best to recreate the original and this is close but nothing like the 1st track. side note I got to thank you man I remember back in the day I think I messed up two songs I used your acapella on it was way off sync and I didn't catch it once I did I realized the song sounded horrible lol. since then I've been making sure shit is on point.
This is good stuff but I don't really hear it as hip hop. It's got a strong groove but lots of reverb and a bit more of a far out, ambient vibe than most hip hop.
There's some subtle, quite cool bass going on that might be bass guitar.
Nice lead synth melody.
1:40 removal of lead melody to let the pads out works well, even if it is just removal of elements.
This is fine as an instrumental and doesn't really need vocals.
3:24 return to main theme doesn't really seem necessary unless there's a vocal on this as it's just a return to what we've heard before.
it might be just laziness on my side but almost every single song I do I will mute a few tracks, make it minimal for hook, then bring back those elements to create a "drop" the main thing I strive for and rarely get on point is the blend of 3-4 synths that compliment each other. the acapellas that I found didn't go with the groove at all and at the end of the day I think you are right this will sound best as an instrumental. I appreciate the in depth review its far and few in between when I really get to hear what the listeners true opinions are and how I might be able to make the song even better.
