taking the title as theme - a blank canvas in a blank room begins showing pencil lines that become increasingly portrait-like - at the same time the room fades away revealing layers of sea, sand, grass, trees, sky and finally stars where the completed portrait floats among the distant points of light in the darkness of space - well, that's just one way of listening to it i guess - respect
a great track.
I have listen to a few tracks of you and i noticed that the arrangements sounds complex (in a positive way), and are not ordinary, i like that. Your music is not to put in a box, you can do a lot with your tracks.
Very cool stuff
A fairly long track, but you manage to keep it varied and intereseting, so you don't get bored while listening, which is quite an achievement for a 7 minute + song! I agree with n0mad in that it would be excellent if you added in another melody on top that stands out against what you have already.
I like the percusssion on this track, it's unique and unpredictable. Cool bass line too. This has a pretty relaxed feel for house, I like it. Thanks for sharing!
I love the sounds you use in this one! The drones floating up from your keys are rich, powerful, and quite unexpected (in a good way). It's the kind of track that you can dance to without breaking a sweat - something rather noble about that. Since you're asking for advice here, I'm wondering if you've thought about bringing a melody line in somewhere. Something out front and VERY different from the other sounds you've got going on? Again, something unexpected. Like a thumb piano (kalimba) electrified and run through distortion (that's what I was imagining while listening). Anyway, whatever you do with this, I think you've got a good, solid foundation! Cheers.
Very laid back and simple groove here, with the right sensibility behind it all. The bass line is fantastic. I could see taking this one in many directions, but it's really sweet in this form. For example, could you imagine what it would sound like with some sampled drums replacing some of the synth ones? Totally different dynamic that would work well, too. Nice one!
Fifty six plays, 2 downloads, and no reviews? That just seems wrong. I really dig this one. I commented earlier that I'd pulled "south Africa Mega Mix" out earlier today, and while this is on a different level I can still hear some of the spirit and harmony choices back behind it. Music is Music, huh? Really a sweet, beautiful little tune and I think my second "hip hop" ever faved by me! Cheers.

There's a sense of simplicity and minimalism in this, but there's so much going on at the same time. Very cool.
Nice work! Cheers.

Love that bass! Love the arrangement, too. The sparseness of the vocals really work - great punctuation with that.
Yes I'm glad to see you're still active! Cheers.
