think you r on the right track with this one mate. Dunno if the vox actually need that effect tho..might sound better just lettin the vocal come thru...coz subos tones are awsome and i think it would give your mix much more depth if they came thru. Just my opinion anyway! Lookin forward to hearin the finished track!!

You've created a very inspiring and up beat track 4 me as well so much energy. to sidechain look at on youtube type in fruityloops sidechain and it gives a great video..good luch brother..peace out

ok, first things first, you need to sort out your percussion, your drums have no power and are basic samples, what you need to look for is VEC Vengeance Essential Clubbers, these are huge sample packs which will definitely blow your mind and your tracks, i like the melodic idea, however it is repetitive, look at a plug in called Nexus, its a basic plug in with patches which i think would suit you just fine,

you want a big kick layered up with another big kick to make it huge, use a shortened closed hi hat to layer over that so your kick will cut through the mix, then on every 2nd kick use a distorted snare or clap but be careful on the volume, use it as more of a mask than actually in the mix, then use an open hi hat on the offbeats, also accompany this with bass, then to make your drums more interesting, try using a ride on your kick drum, and then another short closed hi hat in between your open hi hat on the off beats,

music is about experimenting, it just seems like you want it but you just aren't doing it, try using snare roles, automate a snare roll coming in using the volume, if your using fruity, then just use the velocity bars at the bottom of your piano roll,

i could go on forever however this might point you in some sort of direction, trance needs strings too, try playing around with chords,

Nice track. really my type of trance man. its got that 'In Search Of Sunrise Feel' To it with that energetic synth. And The Bassline has a real drive to it. Very Tight! I love it! The first few measures caught my attention and i already knew it was gonna be a great track!

Real nice bro. Classic trance. Makes me wish I was on top of a podium, dancing my nut off topless at Wigan pier, coming up off a double-drop, pair of glowsticks at the ready. Sweet. Q

The intro is kind of abrupt but im thinking you could fix that by starting the audio earlier with the drums(volume lowered a bit) then the beat would start in. so basically it would be the girl talking with drums then everything would line up nicely

very pro production, as someone said, kick is too strong...
but generally i really injoy it, nice sort of samples..
