Amazing track again. This one carries a lot of emotions and mixed feelings.I guess I'd like to see a movie with a Ray Koefoed soundtrack!

My favourite track of yours with "Parasomnia".Think this one has a Depeche Mode feel to it which,I hope,is not an insult for you.My fellow loopers said everything:great prod, clever arrangements and inventive melodies.I might give a try for vocals

Wow,I was really stuck by your track.I love this dark feel to it and the building up of the track is excellent and original.Gonna check your other tracks and fav this one

I signed up here just so I could review and download your stuff. I have a truly crazy imagination and I can visualize the scene for this track, and let me tell you I like what I see. Your intriguing style is right up my alley, good work indeed.
Reminds me of Depeche mode, very dark and would fit perfectly to a dark wet morning in london in black and white and underground tube stations:)haha listen to my brain doing overtime!
Thanks DJEky, I take it as a compliment since Depeche Mode was inspiring to me when I was young. Yes, I guess I am kind of old, I remember when they first came out and a lot of people just thought they were wierd, maybe that is what drew me to them.
gOD,Here I am Again!Your music is so hypnotic.i can't get enough!Love your video idea and hope to see it.In the meantime,I'll just enjoy the music..and that's good enough for me!REALLY gr8 stuff!
Beautiful, haunting, melodious! The wine glass is such a brilliant idea!I'm normally clutching one when I work(Helps with the nerves)but I never thought of recording it.It's these brilliant discoveries that sets some music aside from the rest. There are muscians all over the place -but talent is rare. You have both the skill and the talent to be a huge star!
Wow felt like I was awaiting the beginning of a full feature hollywood movie about something bad going to happen at sea, sharks, storm, or war. perfect lead in for begininng credits.
Thanks rick. I would really love to have something of mine used in a movie one day. Even if it was just a low budget horror movie or something. It makes me glad to know you could imagine one of my songs in a hollywood movie, thanks.
Thanks a lot NilPointZero. I just listened to some of Akira Yamaoka's music out of curiosity. After hearing it, I take that as a very flattering compliment.
Ray... you know, I keep up with your music and your art... I come to LM and make a point to see what you've put out 'this time' because it's always quality. You've got a talent for mixing sounds together and getting their levels just right.
IMO, the main recommendation I have that could make Recurring Dementia better is to make it longer. Enough of this audio foreplay that leaves us hanging. lol. My hat is off to you.
Thank you audioprojek, that comment makes me feel very good. Audio foreplay, haha, I understand how you feel and thanks for the critisism. I know that the last couple tracks (including this one) haven't been up to par. They were just me messing around on FL Studio where I basicly worked on a single 8 sec or so loop and just broke it down to try to make it seem like a song. I was hesitant to even post them, but I didn't want to just delete them without someone hearing it at least. I promis the next one will be much better.
cinematic sounds always seem to catch my ear as what this has sounded like
Great guitar strumming, awesome choir, beats crisp, masterings well done, panning and effects are well sought and used
Very professional but i don't know where i'd see this, it's a very strange journey like composition
great work mate
God Bless

Thanks for the very kind review Gsusfrk. I don't know what this would be used either really, haha. Maybe the credits of a low budget old western style scifi movie?
Even though "U" might not have completed this work the way "U" wanted2... It'z still a very dramatic sounding track that getz your point across !!! Dig the cascading chordal melody line !!! Soundz "Great" !!! Kelley K
Thanks for the review Kelley. I am glad that you thought it conveyed a message even without the vocals. I wish singing was an easy thing to master, because most of the tracks I have made would be so much more complete with vocals. I will keep trying though.
Thank you peopleareloudmovers, I am pleased you enjoyed it. I do plan on putting some new stuff on in the future, I have just been wasting a lot of time lately.
I'm an obsessive high quality kinda guy as well so i know exactly what you mean. This does sound like it has vocals in it, and I'm sure someone will one day come to you and sing the lyrics for you and it'll be a hit. Just be patient.
There's a lot of potential with this, so just let it play!
Keep it up!

Thanks a lot Gsusfrk. I am working on getting better at singing, plus I have a couple tuning programs to cheat a little. I may actually be putting some real vocals to something before long, I hope. Thanks for the review.
Your music is great! I know that's a generic understatement, but its how it goes... Depth, cycle, rhythm... (and just the right amount of spookiness.. :S )
Definitely a fave. ... I hope you put the lyrics out sometime soon.
I was sitting and enjoying this tune when all of a sudden it ended. Its got a nice slow intro, building up... that's where I felt it left me hanging, just when I felt like I was building with the music, it stopped. Maybe build it up and then ease out as it eased in.
I'm going to listen to more of your works. Looking forward to it.
I didn't put as much time into this one as some of the prior tracks. You are probably right though, it could have used a little bit more going on. Thanks for the review audioprojek.
i love a lot of things in this track! i also love a lot of things in genral, but that does not detract from the overall awesomeness of this track :) I like the ambience that is created, the reverb you used on the vocal samples, the drums you used, the slow attack synths and the chimey layers on the pads! it all comes together really well, and the guitar/bass sound is a lot like some of Tools stuff! Great work, keep it up! check out my tracks sometime? -Lorin xD
