This definitely belongs in one of those epic movies about the outback....you really have captured the mood and atmosphere. Like the others, I only wish it was about 5 minutes more in length.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Well done.

Thanks SB, wasn't sure where to take this towards the end, and truth be told probably got a little lazy, in my urge to get uploaded. Damn that urge! :-).

P.S. big thanks for all the excellent material you put up.

Regards.

Nice track!! The sound sounds wide and pro. But I think the song would go better with the genre name dubstep.
Steevo
Steevo replied Unknown
Thanks Chris, dubstep tends to have an off beat drumline I think, unlike this track.
Thanks for the comment all the same :-).

Now this is the way to start my day. As I look out my back window, I have a wonderful view of the desert. As your music plays, I can see the different shadows move to the beat of your music as the sun rises higher in the desert sky.

It is a magnificent combination.

This is a wonderful track. Faved for sure.

A very sweet sounding track. Everything works together well. Nice use of the strings. The piano seems perfect for the mood of the lyrics.

Very nice job

I can hear a didger, or is it just me.
wonderful stuff. I agree it's a bit short, could happily listen to another five minutes.
Steevo
Steevo replied Unknown
Ta, there is a dige there, what I wanted to do with this is find and have some aboriginal chants going on in the background, they are hard to come by. I ran out of creative steam with this track hence it shortness. I may go back and develope it at some point.

I don't really listen to much dub but I have to say that I really like this. The drum loops is perfect and the other loops provide a good atmosphere to the song. Nice job!

Thanks man, I think it can only loosely be described as Dub anyhow.

This is some catchy stuff! I think dance is a good genre for this one. Awesome use of loops, and props for giving credit! I agree that the vocals could come out in the mix a little more as they sound pretty cool. Nicely done!
Steevo
Steevo replied Unknown
Thanks Spivkurl, need to run the vocals thru Wavepad to amplify them. Will do. Appreciate your time.

Hmmm - I think this one sound like fast dubstep which would be best to describe this genre. Some quite cool vocal loops, FX and Rhodes piano chords going on here which have been supplemented by the fast tempo'd beats. I think maybe the main melody and vox could have been brought more forward into the mix to stand out a bit more. Quite nice ideas though. Greetz, --Davey--

Well I was hooked within 5 seconds, so that says a lot!

You captured the walkabout vibe without using the instrumentation overtly - very cool and impressive move! The down-tempo rhythm that drives this is BEAUTIFUL and knits it together seamlessly. My only criticism (a anti-criticism) is I wish it was about 3 or 4 times as long! Added to favorites for sure (I'm betting I'm not the last either)! Thank you for pleasing my ears and mind so well with this offering!

I may develop this track, in time, other lives allowing.

Nice moody piece Steve. Yes it sounds like a walkabout. I expected to hear a didgeridoo in the background somewhere. You should consider it. A nice droning didgeridoo sound. Good track Steve.

Thanks for the listen K, def was thinking about a adding a didge, and expanding the track abit, but have little patience, and lacking work ethic at the moment, due a to a stinking cold, so it is what it is.
Cheers.
