Thanks!
Well, I like cinematic tracks, and I want to make them, too... the bad thing is, I don't know anything about music... Never studied.
Songs sound in my head, but I don't know how to take them out from my mind.
For that reason I'm trying with some tools and, lucky, one day, I can make all the tracks that I can listen inside of me.
Well, at least I hope make half of them.
Thanks for listening and comment!
And Merry Christmas! :D
Wow real nice! i see what you were talking about, its kinda romantic and its filled with hapiness, lol, otherwise love your concept! but it required a bit of mixing with the sounds and to me some of the key tones needed jus a slight tweakin in my opinion. but GOOD JOB! well done!
Sorry for the late reply... I hadn't read it.
Well, I have no a midi keyboard, so, you can figure that I made this melody, note by note, with the mouse.
For that reason I failed with the velocity.
Thanks very much for listening.
Very cinematic and I like the choir vocals a lot, they add so much emotion to the track. Very well done, sounds like a movie soundtrack, enjoy your new daw!
Thank you very much!
Actually, this song was inspired on the trailer of a new movie called "Jupiter Ascending". Here's the trailer if you want to check it (Utub) [ /watch?v=ZoCyL_Pqzu8 ]

And Merry Christmas for you, too!! :D
Well, I've never studied music, so I'm trying these tools... I want to make cinematics tracks, but I need better Vst. I only have Edirol Orchestral. Maybe I can get more Vst but it will take a lot of time. They are so expensive... :(
Anyway... Thanks for listening and comment! :D
Yes...it is indeed a bit dark and foreboding Soleilxlune...(but not all music must be bright)..and it does fit the picture of the planet rising in the darkness of space...well done....Ed
Thanks!
Well, as I said on description, this track was improvised. I was watching the trailer of the movie "Jupiter Ascending" and... boom! this song appeared xD

I think that if you try to make a track to complex it looses the interest of people so in that way simple things can still stand out in the crowd, I must say that your track is great and for a first try on making your own music it's certainly not bad. I think if you want to take it to a next level you should just get a hang of how chord progressions work so you can add more complexity in a track. Good to hear one of your tracks again, was a long time since I heard one of them ;) Have fun experimenting with other tracks ;)
Sometimes its the simplest track that is the best because it can show more felling then the most complex tracks out there. Job well done on this i like this a lot i can feel a lot of emotions from you hard work and it shows as well =D. Also i finished the track i posted up its called storyteller take a listen when you get some free time :)
Thanks for your words. Well, as I said on description: this is my first composition, it's not so good as I want, but it's something and it's mine.
I'll check your song now.
Thanks for listening and comment! :D
As I review these, I keep finding better examples to hang on to. lol. I think I can feel you wandering as you explore variations. Keep it up.. I smell opportunities!
Thank You. I'm putting together a number of information videos and was looking for few background tracks and came across this. You've done (at least) two things very well.
You communicated a picture that I've been looking for, one to support my message. More importantly, You've painted a picture so well that I have to rewrite my message. lol.
Well done. We need to keep in touch. I'll let you know if I can get my projects out the door. Thanks again.
