Hi PJB ! Nice loop! Was wondering how you manage to do something like that as I just started making "some kind of music" with an Alesis QX61.Thks.

Hi Aquasasser...thanks for your interest,I made this loop using three softsynths....Absynth5,Omnisphere and Native Instruments Electronic Instruments...I did this within Ableton 8 (my DAW of choice)..It's quite a long loop so I was able to fade in and out different aspects smoothly,it's essentially three layers of sound with different reverbs and there's a subtle timpani roll in there as well!....by far one of the most useful tools to use is to get a softsynth that has capability to load your own sound samples..in this case Absynth...then your not tied down to using presets all the time....cheers Dave /Planetjazzbass
