Description : the heat death of the universe
The second law of thermodynamics in action.
"The 'heat-death' of the universe is when the universe has reached a state of maximum entropy"
"The heat death is a possible final state of the universe."
This piece was conceived as as a companion piece to the darkness between the stars. But I will let you decide how well they go together.
The piece is played by a Bass Clarinet and is processed through a tape delay/echo.

Description : This is a two minute prelude to a larger piece that I am working on called Morning Prayer. The entire piece will be 35 to 45 minutes longs a features Soprano Sax and a lot of hand percussion.
In the prelude we just have the soprano sax, string bass, and a few misc. percussion. Just a taste of what is to come.
This is just a preliminary mix.
