Description : I wanted to make a new single so I decided to do this one DJ-Shadow-style: Sampled. Most of my work is used from actual recordings of me playing an instrument and then scratched. This time, I went with all samples. It's lighter than most of my DJ-Shadow-esque dark work, but still makes the heads bob. The piano makes a nice light track while the bass and drums and weird vocals bring it down into the darker.

Description : This is my new song I had been working on for about 3 weeks, its mainly inspired by Moby, but it has a bit darker edge. Its the first song that is actually chaotic, with the repeating break-beat-solos and the fast and edgy 170RPM drum loops. I had many many more vocal dialogue I could work with this time, and i finally found a good keyboard that had a nice airy feeling to add to the confusion. If you think its too fast and too hard to keep up with, it supposed to be chaotic and confusing, hence the name. Hope you peoples like it.

Description : I guess you could technically call this a remix of the song "Hit the Road, Jack" by Ray Charles, but its really not. Ignorant people think so. I used samples from the song as the main background vocals and I liked the cymbals used in the drums, so I incorporated the song samples directly to the drum line. Don't worry, the song is under creative commons, and it has a sick beat to it. The drum sample took a long time to find, I had to go ruffling through my local record store to get a fat beat, and eventually I found one. Hope you guys enjoy it, its much lighter than the other tracks, giving a Blockhead feel to it.

Description : This one is definetly a dance song. It incorporates different loops i found pre-loaded with Mixcraft, and it makes a short but good song. I do realize that a little bit is off, but it makes it sound a lot more homemade.

Description : Gah, I love this song. It took me about a year to produce, just because after I found that violin sample, I hit a producing block. It's a fast-paced jazzy track, and it requires either two or three listens or one extremely focused listen. It's pretty chill even though I used half the samples on my hard drive :P. Sit back and enjoy.

Description : After scouring record stores and teh Internetz, I finally put together a motley of awesome samples. I kinda had a musical enlightening, so I used my pent-up creativity and made this track. It's actually pretty dark, similiar to The Day We Were Born, but its a lot slower. There's a lot of layers of piano, taken from several unnamed records i got in the 99 cent bin. The voice samples took AGES to find, its John Lee Hooker's song, Hobo Blues. I think it's a well done track, and I hope you guys like this one.
PS. It's super trippy.
