You have really great tone to your voice, but you are a little pitchy and out of tune in parts. When I was a kid, my music teacher would make us sit for hours running through scales, you know: do, ray, me etc. I used to think it was real stupid and a waste of time, but I was wrong, because it helped me in so many ways, with timing and pitch etc. All I can say is practice makes perfect and the more you sing the better you will get. And as your song says “Keep on breathing”, because breathing is one of the most important parts in singing.
I am no expert on the subject, I only know what I've picked up over the years, but don't give up, keep on singing, you have a great gift. Are these your lyrics?
Ah Janis, you just rock my boat every time. Beautiful lyrics, beautiful production, really well done. As Dan said, take a look and see if there are anymore gems like this hidden in your PC.
