Yes, this is one of the songs that carries a very strong emotional weight within our album. Especially when I hear her voice, which managed to identify completely with the protagonist. Truly, it is one of those recordings after which none of us speaks for a long time. Thank you for sharing the emotion and experience you felt while listening to the track. It is exactly what we were discussing in our previous conversations for the listener to step, even for a little while, into the place of the protagonist of our stories. Thank you once again for your support and your kind words. Nadine, despite her brilliant career, will do everything possible to help us, a relatively unknown band, with her immense knowledge and her incredible voice. The sound is always perfect. The lyrics captivate you and draw you into the story thanks to that incredible performance.
I have to admit, Nadine has me completely smitten, haha. The way she starts singing practically in a whisper and then suddenly, at 1:30, she breaks into that raw, powerful voice. I imagined Nadine traveling along those endless desert highways in the US, going through cities, stopping at motels, searching and not finding.
