Hi Billy! I always like listening to fellow musicians/ songwriters and also Gibson players. Nice track, really catchy and well recorded way back in 93. It would be great to hear some new stuff, and seeing your a tone port user like myself! What your new stuff will sound like, cheers Slap...
Hi Bluetransit, very interesting track and sound. Mybe put a drop or build section in when you come to finish it, even so it sounds mighty fine to me, cheers Slap...
http://www.philip-lynott.com/ the best rock bass player, singer song writer the world has known. When I listened to your track I thought of Thin lizzy, cheers Slap...
Hi Johnny! Serious butt kicking rock monster of a track, but where's Phil? You need Phil in earlier to add some bottom end! Either Phil or Planet! Great track, cheers Slap...
Hey Slap...are you back in Blighty?..if so can you please leave a short description of your Chicago experiences in the forum area....we all would love to hear it...cheers planet
Hey! You have a great sound developing! It always takes time to get into the finer points of software and stuff, but for your second attempt this is showing a huge amount of potential. The guitar playing is really good, and the song arrangement kept me interested from start to end. Chin up and knuckle down, cheers Slap...
Oh! you just have! Great good time rockin song from the man with the heaviest beard on Looperman! Cool driving rock YEAH!!!!!!
Now lets drink some beer and eat a bucket full of Popeye's chicken and biscuits, cheers Slap...
Well it's been a while since I dropped by and listened to your tracks, hey guess what! It just gets better. This is a great track, you said yourself you put a lot in and your getting a lot out of it also, I know I am listening. my advice is just keep doing what you're doing it sounds mighty fine lady! Oh by the way, you must have a pretty big folder of pics now, I like the new one! Is this a monthly thing? Cheers Slap...
Haha yeah I actually have a penchant for messing with my face... I do a lot of photo manipulations etc, also turning my face into weird graphic art (that's what the last one was). You can blame the fact that I am stuck hiding in my room too much when I'm watching my roommate's son. He's autistic and has home teachers.. and they expect me to hide away and not make noise.. but still be on call. Kinda kills music making during the day so I turn to graphic stuff lol. If people would let me take their pics I'd be playing with their faces instead... alas no volunteers ;)
I'm glad the work I put into this track shows.. Once I got started I needed to get it done before I could move onto something else. Thanks for listening! ~Lisa
Hey glad you liked it that much! we may do a little more with it but who knows. by the time we get around to old stuff we've got at least ten new beats that we're excited about and forget the old stuff lol.
Eh up Johnny & Rita, beautiful song Johnny wrote for you Rita ( he's a good man). Since Johnny joined up he has made his presence felt on this site, and I for one enjoy all his uploads, cheers Slap...
Yo Johnny! Great song! I love the western feel going down on the guitar. You have a way with words to string all of that along and getting all of the names to rhyme. I bow down to thee and one's talent, cheers Slap...
