no offense, but this is great music to drift off to sleep with, like when I smoke a fatty, load up winamp playlists & sit in my big chair in the dark with the lights out..
I'd start with like 'garnish' then end with this kind of tune so it continue to sleep when I finally drift off - ie: the music doesn't blare out and scare the crap outta me... had to stop listening to roger waters cuz o'that lol.
nice melodic, chill tune man, thanks for sharing !
So the vocals.. have you tried singing them yourself ?
as for the rhythm section.. diggin the beat, could tighten up the initial basslines for my ears, but we're all different (and some of my shit's whacked lol...) I'd say play the synth/bass slower and see what happens
I suggest trying like 4 different mixes of the song.. see where it branches out too & trying not to make the same song four times.. just a thought, but you just never know if you just let go ; )
Hey. Thanks for the ideas. No I havn't tried singing them I really like Nate's vocals and am married to them in my head.I probably put more hours into this song than any other in years. I have over 14 differant mix downs or versions of it as it evolved. i'm either going to go back and fix the timeing issues or dump it.
Thnx for the time How's "Groopaloopa going for you?
well, it's got the beat to keep it going.. the 'bass' line is cool for background track, I suggest adding a more constant bassline so the current wobble accentuates the bassline that I just suggested... it'll carry the song and make it groove 100 times better imho - enjoy - neal visher
nice ambient feel with killer bass man, dig the guitar and live is always good..
really dig the 'critters' around 2:30, this is a flying dream scene in the imagination - LOVE how the bassline holds us up there before coming back in.
wouldn't mind a flip at a remix on this including any files that you didn't use specifically in this version.. (fx, wavs, loops, flp etc, whatever ya got)

Thanks man... Im glad you liked the intro, sinse i put billions of hours in to it creating the guitarrsound.. lol.. Wouldve been bad otherwise so 2 speak.
Thank you for them kind words, and ill make sure to return the favor of reviewing.. ///Dec
This has a pretty good synth/bass line - it carries the song thru the murky parts, I really dig the vocals when they are spacey but then when they go hollowing in the second section it kinda freaks me out lol
good sound over all and the are only a couple parts that aren't as 'keep ya moving forward' as they could be in my mind.. keep up the work, nothing is bad, it's allll good !
thanks for your honesty :).i can guess the bits you mean, as usual i think i`ve done as well as i can on a tune, then 2 weeks and a few more listens later i wish i`d done most of it differently, but... maybe the next one will be different lol.
you've definitely got some interesting sounds and sections in this one mate, diggin the 3m mark at the mo... keep at this one, love the flange Neal Visher
hah, this song came on in my mp3 player, and I instantly recognized my guitar that sounds like a synth, awesome track btw, and glad you dig the Neal Visher loops and 3rd Nipple Music - more will be uploaded soooon
Hi energy track here man, love the buildups. and it's not depressin like my electronic stuff, hah, mine aint depressing if I don't psuedo-compare it lol..
well,.. the request for vocals as per your pre/de-scription at the moment of the supple load, er upload.. in my mind, contradicks itself.. you request a vocalist, then say you tighetened em up... so 1) many MAY think.. fck i can't calm pair to that.. or 2?) wtf is he in-secure ?
either way, you got a style man - stick to it NOW and write that friggin album... just rememeber, your styles will change and it's easy to start new sht... focus on this bro, give you 6m-1y... do it , do it now !
?(teh nwe'll go do the acoustic album, even tho I think you should do that first.. no biggie)
