on KEEP IT MOVING Remastered by kingmt77
What do you mean by a jazz break? I believe you can't change what runs in your veins, King, jazz is inevitable. That's the beauty of musicians like you; it's become part of your very nature, and escaping it seems impossible, thank God.
The track is fantastic, with each instrument playing its part beautifully. I'd love to hear more of the vocals, theyre playful and exotic.
Best wishes, Anthony

Anthony! I've got some stirrings going on in my music brain. Eventually I'm going on a exploratory excursion musically. Gratitude for the high marks and your musical perspective.

Now about the vocals, at the same time your comment came through I was on the road thinking about my next move. Stay tuned!

on Wednesday Blues by BaoBou
Yeah, they live among us and growing quickly, but ideas like this will keep music from being held hostage by AI. The freshness of the idea is what makes a truly great musician stand out, along with the maturity in playing and the skillful use of each instrument's expressive qualities.
Fantastic work, a passionate electric blues piece infused with funky elements, all tied together by your unique signature style.
Best wishes, Anthony

on 03 Sweat Dreams One Drop by DJIMBEATS
There's a certain beauty in its simplicity, and it's definitely a great foundation for further development, especially with the addition of vocals and bass guitar. Well done.

on 1- WHEN THE LIGHT BURNS by LINEARFADE
Great job, everyone! Firmly rooted in the genre you describe, this rock piece carries strong influences from the cinematic world. The guitar solos once again deliver remarkable work, while the vocals are spot-on, perhaps slightly swept up by emotion, yet professional and unmistakable. There's an incredible sense of atmosphere that captures the setting perfectly.

Dear Anthony, once again, thank you very much for listening and for your thoughtful comments.
Since we only did a single vocal recording, and after putting a great deal of work into the lyric fitting so that the voice would sit properly within the music which we did not want to rerecord because it was very close to the atmosphere of the song we realized that it came out a bit more dramatic than we had expected.
So, we toughened up the track slightly by adding more guitar and drier drums, making it sound a little less emotional. Your observation was absolutely correct.
At this point, it would be difficult to redo it, because we would probably lose the feeling of the moment, so perhaps it is best as it is.
Thank you very much personally, with great appreciation,

Chris

on afrodystopia by tjayboomin
I don't know much (if anything) about cyberpunk, so its a bit tricky for me to comment on. That said, your work is clean and well-crafted. Sure, it's a loop, but it's very nicely done, especially the rhythmic part. It is missing vocals, which I think would tie it all together. Well done, I'd just like it to be a bit longer.

on You Lied - feat EbethB by fanisatt
It is like magic how you transform these vocals into a song. You either listen to the structure or decide on one yourself, then choose where to place parts of the vocal material, making it feel as though it was created in collaboration. This is successful music-making, full of creativity and deep respect for the vocalist. For this particular track, I'd love to hear a second take of the singer's part; I think hearing the music would inspire more precise intonation and smooth out the minor inconsistencies in that section. But that's just personal taste, nothing more. You have crafted a beautiful song here, sweet, with warm melodic lines and, as I've said before, excellent arrangement and orchestration.
Much love, brother!

I am glad you like it brother !! Indeed, some moments would have been more beautiful if there had been the possibility of a second take of the vocals at certain areas but......never mind...!!! Thank you very much brother !! Much Love ! Cheerssssssssssssss !!

on The way it was it will never be by ARTD4RV
It is a nice looping beat that to me sounded more of a dance song than of a rock one. Anyhow it is well crafted, very vibrant and uplifting. I would like though some variation, but this is just a personal opinion.

I totally agree with everyone commenting here, it is an excellent collaboration. Paul's unique way with vocals is at perfect coordination with a very pleasant composition by the Frenz, so the result is a beautiful storytelling song. I really liked this track.

on Modnex - Flip Flop by Modnex
When you really rapped, it was strong and powerful, no doubt. Sure, you went through a breakup, but you managed to express so many emotions at once. There was a theatrical vibe to it, the kind that brings a song to life when there's real meaning behind it. Your rapping showed me just how talented you are. You should do it more often, with organized lyrics and all, you've definitely got it.
Best regards, Anthony

I'm learning little by little. It's very complex, with lots of parameters, settings, and techniques, but by watching tutorials I'm starting to get the hang of it, haha. I hope one day I'll be closer to your sound quality.

on Eridanus Supervoid by Energyraphi
The flow of Eridanus runs through your track, evoking the small ancient Athenian river. Your music captures the vastness of space while offering an anthropocentric touch, as if blending history and the future into the mysterious expanse of time. It was a truly enjoyable listen.

Thank you so much Anthony.
I really appreciate your words. Thanks to the Loopermans, I was able to achieve this.
Without support and compliments, I would have remained far too insecure.Practicing and using a real microphone has also helped. I initially recorded my voice using a recorder on my phone. I am also now putting more effort into learning how to master my voice a bit.
Have a nice day.

It is a process where one learns and gains experience in making music. Choosing loops from such a large selection and managing to build a song isn't easy. You did it, and I think you should keep at it because it's both productive and enjoyable.

Congratulation guys, it is a collaboration of shiny minds and the outcome is absolutely perfect. The composition keeps tightly the trap character with Richard's lyrics and vocals giving this beautiful frail of religiousness to the song. A great listen.

on Jazz Waves ft Steve Bone and Ben Edwards by Cosmo
I'd call it a great jazz soundscape, with the sax been the material of choice for the painter. When shadows or light and colors were asked, the saxophone was there to simply make it true. Great track and great musicians Cosmo. I really enjoyed this song.

Credit where credit is due. I joined LM 17 years ago. Back then Steve Bone posted many sax, flute and other loops. I was fortunate enough to back up most of his creations. If you don't sign into LM for a few years, your stuff disappears off the site. So now I back up everybody who shows real promise. There was a Spanish guitar player from Germany I thought was exceptional. After posting hundreds of loops he deleted it all and moved to IG. I have most of his stuff. I don't have room to store a half billion loops, but I have my best of the best. Steve Bone's saxophone is one of those. Good to hear from you Anthony, Cosmo

on Fly In A Third by PaperKup
It is a great effort, and since it is improvisational, it's mostly relaxing and enjoyable for the performer, with no strict rules to follow. I really enjoyed the 20-minute listen, just letting it play as time passed. A pleasant companion. Over time, you'll naturally smooth out minor inconsistencies in your improvisations (something that comes with repetition) until the fingers just flow. Well done.
Best regards, Anthony

Hi AnthonyAttard, thanks for your comment. I love nothing more than some odd notes here and there while I am playing (sometimes, without being big-headed, I think of it as practicing and playing at the same time). Concerning this track and possibly others, I like the freedom and expression before, during and after. Sometimes trying to disguise it, ignore it or I dare say - laugh at it - I think there is some humility in there. I do not want to smooth out anything. I feel as though I am teetering on the cusp of something and I mostly always end up running the opposite direction, almost intentionally. The way I keep learning is by keeping on making "mistakes". I am self taught mostly and I try very hard to avoid repeating anything, especially when playing guitar. For me it is like a journey, I just tune the guitar as to almost sound okay, hit the record, imagine I'm on my own and just play without any conformity or restriction. That is how I can express emotion (what lacks I think on a superficial level, at least for me). Of course, for the listener, it will mean other things. I wanted to just play as if it would be relaxed, more meaningful etc... without an end goal or striving for achievements along the way. I am glad that you picked up on some things and noticed. I am always learning, I will certainly keep on playing and fine tuning things, though, not in the usual way!
