on Today - feat True Sisters by fanisatt
Hey Fanis
One of your best works here, I am sure Manuela is going to like it a lot. You approached the acapella in a different way (I had tried to make a song but it was a rather boring approach) and I love this lively way of thinking about harmonies. It is unexpected in some points and this gives its unique beauty. Of course I should mention Manuela provided great material.
So I like the song, as always, and your sound is as clear as it could get (at least to my "ears").
Much love brother!!

Hello Tony , I am glad you like it , I made some harmonies a little (or more...hahaha) risky indeed.... as I had told you from the first days I worked on this acapella ! Manuela is a True Sister , I hope she doesn't kill me this time....hahaha Anyway I gave it a shot .... my way . Thank you very much tall man ! Much Love brother !!!

Nice work you've got here.
Spanish is a language I love, but that fast is really difficult to catch up.
It was though a very lively song, intense with great flow that 5 minutes did not bother at all.
Well done.

on This Walk Through Life by glennwhite6504
Well Glenn as in many tracks of yours there is the beauty of live improvisation, where the musician performs by heart rather than by paper and written notes. And it is warm and real. You have your own distinct style, recognizable and very much liked. It is a beautiful song so well performed.
Best regards, Anthony

on ANALOG SPACE FUNK by DJSAD2000
Well I believe it is the rhythmic part of a lively song and it needs to be surrounded by a warm melodic theme. Parts of the song could of course be with your beat standing alone. Your synth chord progression gives the base on which the melodies should be written. It is a very good collaboration chance.
Best regards, Anthony

on Life at Sea 2026 by ShortBusMusic
My question is "did the title come first or vice versa?" and it came to me just by your intro where I truly felt the vastness of the sea. The sax gave to my ears the complexity of the life in the sea, it is so vibrant and its melodies are so dreamy, the variations, the pauses, your excellent synth work, not to mention the drums and the basslines, all together brought a beautiful world to my senses. Yes I could understand your title and I believe some things beyond it. So I do compliment you on this, excellent work (your sound is a beauty too).
Best regards, Anthony

Anthony, the song came before the title. At the time, I lived on the West Coast of the US, right on the ocean, and I always loved going for walks along the shoreline. I had the song written and then asked Slap if he would bless it with his amazing sax work. He agreed and the original was born. This version is just me trying to update the old girl. As always, your kindness and time are greatly appreciated. I hope all is well.

One of your best classics Paul, I mean it.
It is an excellent sample of your capabilities in this kind of music which after all has got your signature on. Said this before, it is unique and it is so well performed that the listener cannot forget the specific artist.

hello Anthony, thanks for your constant support. I enjoy what i do far more now as I've got a much better workflow, my preparation is the same, just the way i do things is different. i have pictures in my head of what i want to achieve and how I want to run my project but i felt i never really got everything i wanted, or as I pictured most times, even tho the tracks performed well.
But this time I got my 100% well i think it probably hit 105% i was so happy with the final master, possibly my last 4 tracks have all been pretty close in terms of vocal mix and layout. i would say I'm more consistent because I've stayed within my comfort zone with rap, now i do multiple takes on vox and engineer each one different, i can have up to 20 layers to get this type of result and the clarity is what has struck me most, sometimes i thought i sounded muddy even when others didn't say, thanks again mate, your worth a good reply and always will be

Nice track, guitars well played (I specifically liked those harmonic notes) in a rather dark scenery which very well supported.
It is an interesting theme, gave to my rather cinematic vibes, there is a mystery somehow.

on Chrysalis - She wont tell me now by BaoBou
Come on dude, this is fire...!!
Well AI cannot replace the live performances (it is a conversation I had with my brother lately) and this is the area where musicians will be masters of the game. In other areas like film scoring or music for theatrical plays or tv series, I think it will clearly dominate. Feed it with lyrics, scenarios, anything written and it comes with excellent music. So musicians like you BaoBou, that keep a continuous touch with live audience will be highly accepted by the system as pure organics of this "ecosystem" called music.
As told, your track is great and every instrument is well played, maintaining the groovy atmosphere of funk.
Best wishes for the New Year, Anthony

Evxaristw poly Antoni!

I really hope it will work that way and people will demand more live performances, but the honest truth is that I doubt it. I think the majority of people just want some wallpaper sound, like in a bar or restaurant. Actual humans is too distracting.

The good news is that Greece (as the UK) is a country where people appreciate actual performers. You have a fantastic and rich music culture :)

Thanks for listening k kali xronia (checks quickly) and xronia polla for your giorti!! :)

We are in the early days of 2026 so I think I can still wish you the best for this year.

on Theologia Ex Machina by ValveDriver
Superior creatures of prime origin communicating with us and among them, reasoning existence and God, a hard way and a prayer. Purely cinematic to me, of course with various elements that blend so uniformly in an ambient, dark ambient theme.
Great work V.

ValveDriver replied 17th Jan 2026 - 4 months ago
Thank you, Anthony. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I've only recently started diving into the ambient genre. So far, I really enjoy it.
As far as the content, your interpretation is very close to what I had in mind while making it.
To me, religion is not revelation, but mechanism. A system built to impose order and meaning on an indifferent reality. Its power comes from structure and repetition, not truth or belief. Like a machine, it functions regardless of faith, producing comfort, control, or judgment as outputs. This track reflects this: divinity as artifact, faith as process, meaning manufactured rather than found.
This isn't a matter of questioning the existence of a higher power, but questioning the lore that humans have built around it.
Again, thank you Anthony.
Take care.
V.
