It is a bit messy with the frequencies and the sounds but I did not make that extra effort needed to be as good as it should be. I know you like melody so this is a positive point...and I live your Italian brother!

As I can understand by your music, you like melody too, it is so many times in your creations. This violin hits a bit hard, I mean as a sound, but my bad, I did not try to change my choice of sound and this is crucial sometimes. I am glad you listened to the song's nice elements and you liked it.

Im Greek, though my surname is Maltese (half of my roots trace back to that small island, to a little town in its center that shares my name). I grew up and still live in Athens, and from my young age I learned two foreign languages: English and Italian. I love Italian for its pure musicality and its closeness to Greek, not just in grammar and syntax but in many phrases and expressions too. This track came to me first in Italian, with the title Ti do una chiave, and then in EnglishIm not sure why. I later wrote a Greek text to send to my brother along with the song, and surprisingly, it was the first time Id reflected on my thoughts and feelings about it in Greek. I honestly dont know why. Im really glad you enjoyed my thoughts and the track, BaoBou.

The rhythmic part was made on an ipad using Reason Compact (produced these nice beats and the bass line), then it was transferred into Cubase on my PC for the rest to be made. It is great to get this feedback from you, what you have pointed out is always my interest in a song I try to make...
