Hello Anthony, I really love the driving beatloop. But Vangelis would put his melody's on top like a drifting cloud. Typical Vangelis :-)

Thank you Oli, I am really glad you liked the track. I love Vangelis's music exactly the way it was made, but this is me, this is the "Electronic swap" and I dedicate it to one of the guys that filled my hours with so beautiful emotions.

Hello Anthony - I love that 'train like' movement, going through the majority of the track and the soundscape is a beautiful homage to Vangelis - easy fave

Hello Paul
Many many thanks for your kind words and thoughts. It is a way of communication we have here on LM which is mainly based on this exchange of emotions through music and lyrics. It is these little comments we exchange that add to our communication, so we get to know a bit better who is every composer, where he comes from or if you want it differently, where his music comes from. I recently had a conversation with AI about the rising of the Chinese Giant when it comes exactly to this, the AI and DeepSeek. This conversation lead us to other things too and finaly we came up with a "manifesto". I tried to provide a very substantial array of words to this and my main goal was to let these two dominate "Stay Human". I believe we must stregthen our human bonds as we only can do. I will soon upload the musical presentation of this small "manifesto" and I am sure you will agree with it.
Best wishes, Anthony

This makes me think of Cool Runnings, I'm not familiar with this kind of music, To be honest its not really my thing, But I'm browsing and just listening to all music as its interesting to observe and listen to what artist make, How the music we make represents our soul. its all Fascinating. This music does not come naturally to me , So im curious, What does this song represent for you? What do you think about when making it? I hope im not coming off as rude, I am simply just curious and fascinated! I enjoyed listening to it and it makes me wonder! So very fascinating, Interesting track my man!

Hello there
To tell you the truth I do not really understand what "it does not come naturally to me" means when listening to music. What is natural for you, I do not know. We differ, this is natural, so we can receive and send different messages. Music is a vehicle of such messages. No receptors, no feelings. And that is not a bad thing to come as rude to me. Different experiences make ones' different receptors and this makes different reactions to various stimuli. So if you consider some music as a stimulus it will be recognized, understood and possibly create some emotions in case there are the corresponding receptors. I might not understand a language and that is not something bad or rude. Of course it has nothing to do with the language. Those who are trained to it, understand and communicate with it. You seem fascinated by a foreign language and this is good. If it made you wonder, if it grew some interest it's also good, for you, for me. Maybe as a generic message but I made a point. Thank you for your question, it was interesting and I hope it cleared up some things.
Best wishes, Anthony

Oh, thank you so much Mark, I really feel so well with your words. I am flattered that you find a funky essence in my track that reminds you of "Lettuce". Great group that I am listening to, right now. My preferences in music have much to do with various styles of jazz, especially smooth jazz and bluesy stuff. It is possible that some things rise to the top unintentionally and this is a good thing to say.
Thank you once more.

I really liked Anthony; the music and the integration of the poem into it was supreme to me. I've read that you're going to publish poems in Greek and Italian, and I'd love to hear them in Spanish as well. I can help you with that if you need it ;-)

AnthonyAttard replied 13th Sep 2025 - 3 weeks ago
I love Spanish, due to the vicinity to the Italian (that lets me understand a bit) and the temperament of this language, so vivid and melodic. I will soon upload this poem (El sol del silencio) and of course I would like it in Spanish. I think you will better understand it from the Italian narration and it would also be great if you could narrate the poem, so I can add it to the existing ones. Thanks a lot for the visit and your comments, I am really glad that you want to collaborate on this.

Hi Anthony
I think you didd a great job.
I know how it is when you need to speak or sing in In another language.
I know how difficult it is sometimes to make your words understandable to others because you can hear them clearly yourself, knowing the lyrics.
You're not a vocalist, so I think you definitely did a good job.
The poem is beautiful just the way it is. You wrote down your feelings at the time, and you shouldn't change anything about that.
AnthonyAttard

Hello Rita
Thank you for being so supportive.
I do understand it is difficult to narrate or sing properly in a foreign language. And it is not just spoken words, it is with music which means you have to achieve a certain level of integration to the music. That needs extra skills and so on.
It is an effort of communicating my thoughts.
A small book that would contain my poems would have the beauty and charm of paper and the chosen typing characteristics. Maybe a picture or two.
Here on LM we use sound and I have to copy with that.
I will try with AI voices (actually I have prepared a beautiful poem named "The sun of silence" with three differnet voices, each one for the Greek, the English and the Italian language). Their narration is reeally clear. In some cases one needs to intervene to the text in various ways so that things would sound as natural as it could be .
But it is fascinating, really interesting and enjoyable, at least to me. When I get the message that the community liked, one way or another, what I presented, I am realy pleased.
Of course I listen to every member that took the time to write to me, this is the other interesting thing that happens during this procedure. Very, very interesting.
We are among the lucky ones that time is given to them to spend it on these things. True luck Rita. Thanks again for the visit and the beautiful comments.
Best wishes, Anthony

Greetings, I do love sometimes spoken word pieces from time to time. But to be honest. It was because i was reading the lyrics sheet. Otherwise i wouldnt even understand a thing out of it to be honest. Also those 2 voices in it confused it even more and made it more unclear. But i know the intention is good here. But to me it sounded prety messy. I needed to listen really hard to make sense out of it. Still what i read in the lyric sheet did shed some light on this. But anyway, keep on creating. And have a good one though, Verdi
AnthonyAttard
AnthonyAttard replied 8th Sep 2025 - 3 weeks ago
Hello Verdi
I think it is a bit messy too, with the two voices but honestly the intention is to read the lyrics. It is a poem and I am very satisfied when is read. I am not a narrator or a vocalist. To tell you the truth I've been working on another poem and I have used AI voices. The dilemma is if I should try to accompany the voice in Greek or not, just because I wrote the poem and the music. It is creative and I enjoy the fact that these poems reach an audience, it is not strictly in written form. I agree with you though that this one is a bit messy. I also do not know if the idea of just writing the poem in the lyrics section escorted by the music written upon it, would be an acceptable way of presentation.
I really hope the written form did the job (you see it is a translation and in such casrs there is always a distance from the native language).
Tutto O.K, come dicono gli amici Italiani !
Best wishes, Anthony

Hello Fanis
Thanks a lot, after so many years these poems live again. It is a new way, it is not ink and paper but it is a way and I enjoy the procedure. I am tought by the A.I in translating and rendering these poems in the English and Italian language. It is something that would have taken way more time and perhaps with inaccurate results. Now I discuss with sophisticated creation and all I need to transfer to the new language version of the poem, is really transferred. There is an exchange of opinions and this makes the whole thing fascinating. Then it is the music...well here the rhymes give the pace, it is clearly a matter of emotions and mood you are in.
Much love brother!!
