Hmm, to be honest at least just for me the sample gets a little dull and repetitive. And it kind of reminds of the "Otis" beat Kanye and Jay-Z rapped on. Didn't like that beat however...not that "this" is dis-likeable. The vibe is pretty nice and also the bpm i thought could of been a lil faster. A couple of bpms faster or slower can make some difference sometimes. I kind of experiment with mine while changing time signature sometimes. And i use reason too haha if forgot to mention. still dig this though brudda. peace out!
Thanks bro. I'm thinking of redoing it. Not my best delivery as far as clarity. I was just posting to get a collab with another rapper but the track isnt available anymore. I may as Gunz369 for permission to proceed.
This is some deep #####. LOL I hope this does not apply to maryjane, even though that's not a drug really. haha but this track is really great, a dark almost haunting track. Gets a little repetitive though. But the vocals pick the track up a bit. i like it. peace out!
Hmm sounds like some of the instrumentation is off. Mainly the early drums. There skipping or there either not quantized. Feels a little inconsistent at times as well, would sound loads better if it was mastered up. Some of the transitions don't make sense either. The attempt is nice, but take it slow. especially with such a long track like this you don't wanna rush it. Has great potential though. keep it up! peace
Dig the sounds in this. That brass instrument is really nice too, gives off a triumphant feel to it. keep doing your thing man. great arrangement too. peace
This is sick ##### right here. But the mix is way off. Distorting a bit. Balance your levels out, do a little eq'ing and you should be gravy. but dope bra. peace
Drums are dope on this one. Makes me wanna rap even though it's a ambient song! haha At the early 2 min mark however is a bit of a transition jump. The drums came in a little too early almost. And it ended pretty suddenly too but otherwise this is great work here, a nice cinematic essence to it. peace
Needs more attention, love the vibe on this! the guitar is what drives it. the drums are a little too brash for the vibe the guitar is giving off however. (the kick is the only thing that bugs me) and the synth further conflicts that vibe. After the 3:00 minute mark is how you should of kept most of the beat. add a few fx or small sounds into it or something. but the mix is nice, great work though still. peace
Haha oh wow the irony, i've used that higher vox before too in a veryyyyy old project of mine. back when i was using acid pro still. This is sounding pretty clean cut though, the arps are nice. Would like to hear more effects of some sort to juice up the sound. Sometimes some distortion can help with that, if you know how to incorporate it. great track though man. peace
yeh, was going through some old stuff and liked the sample, my first tack trying to aim for a more dancier feel, thanks for lisstening and commenting, duly noted thanks again :)
Your description is what caught me about this, finally! someone else who's played Chaos Legion! lol That game does have a very sick soundtrack...very underrated as well....typing while listening here....you don't do that bad in copying Hideyuki ##### style. Would of been even more wicked if you could of matched this possibly.
yeah, seriously underrated game with epic OST.
Actually I didn't tryed to copy his/her (?) style, I just had this game up my mind when I started making the track (I started with that chant-like pad...) and it somewhat became a red-line when writing the track, thats why I said "inspired".
And of course thanks for the kind comment and hapy you like it^^
Ambient bliss brudda. digging this one...it's soft and suttle...but seems like it could take shape at anytime and completely surprise you. Dig the vibes. peace
Wow this needs more reviews man....definitely needed to hear a vibe like this. That flute combined with that pad caught me right away. Real chill ##### indeed brudda....great vibes of mellowness and airy dream waves. downloading. peace
Just what i needed to hear right about now, been down on my luck in the unemployment line. It's frustrating and worrying at the same time, but music makes it all better. That's how i vent...good job bra! cheered me up a bit from all this stress. and cold world indeed. peace
Hmm, your timing with drums are off with this one. They could use some tight compressing too. Really like the concept though, makes me wanna listen to some Wu-Tang. C.R.E.A.M. is my favorite. good ##### though bro. peace
Sick man! great variation ta boot. Feel like my brain is going to malfunction at anytime! lol That's how it makes me feel. Nice use of the sounds. keep it up! peace
Uh-oh more westcoast vibes! dig it my dude. That piano melody is killer. and the synth type whistle is sick. Went with the track just fine. Legit! peace
You talking about my track was eargasmic...well this is really a ear full! haha. Like the piano and the suttle synth is a nice touch. Soon as i re-up i'm smoking to some of your joints. Too chill, dig it. peace out!
I know what you mean with nightmares with computers. That's why i no longer make alot of music on my PC, as i now have a macbook!! Seriously, i had so many times where projects would ##### crash on me. It was ridiculous, so in turn i couldn't pump all the effects and edits i wanted to do with my tracks back then. But nice track man, fast paced and DnB goodness. sick. peace out
Weirdness! But i dig that in production, it shows your experimental and willing to try anything. Such as i am pretty much. Mix isn't too bad either. It's clear and audible, so i'd say your solid brudda. good work. peace out
yea the creative process i do enjoy and just seeing how some tracks take their own shape after the fundamentals are in place . Cool , Thanks for your ears man Appreciated ! Musical regards :) Chow Dude
Really dig the sounds on this, alternatively sounds like a house track as well. I like the simplicity to it. I now oddly want to use my cell phone lol sounds like the insides of the damn contraption. lol nice track man. peace out
