Thanks for the kind words - really appreciate you taking the time to stop by and listen to my tracks. Derek Vickers has some great vocal power. I really enjoyed putting this together.
MR. L. all i can say on this one is HOT HOT HOT.This is some of the best unfinished product iv'e heard in a long time. protect the pipes at all cost. PEACE. THE MACK MAN OUT.
Jamie, as always i can visit and,and know i will not be disapointed,if a looper didn't have total respect for your writing skills after hearing this track, they would have to be HAI-TING to the one hundreth power.i like every thing about this track.PEACE. THE MACK MAN OUT.
KIK, i can allways get some good down to earth rock when i visit you.it's not wacked out loud, i dont need to be on acid to appreciate it, and i dont have to be loaded with beers to feel it. good stuff here. PEACE. THE MACK MAN OUT.
Man, thanks for the nice words, I appreciate it very much. I'm really happy that you dig what I do. To me, good solid rock beats any drug anytime. :) I hope the track will fly even higher when Jim's done with it.
Again, thank you for listening and the encouraging feedback.
AV.i agree with you on the Smooth jazz genre. But how you put a hip hop intro on a blues rock song is stuppid creative to me,and the guitar work as always was right where it should have been in terms of licks and timing.Vocals fit the consept to the bone. wish i could fav.PEACE. THE MACK MAN OUT.
Wow,thanks Mack!
But..go visit Twanna's page, she did all the creativity.
I sent her about three guitar takes for this song and she put it all together. Also she is trying, and I believe "doing it"... to blend the genres for her musical style as you notice so that is also a giant credit to her...I'm just honored to be along for the ride!
MR V. im with you on this one all the way. my foot is still stomping.Slap was the perfect sax man for this HOT ROCK.Good to hear your still at it.PEACE.THE MACK MAN OUT.
Hey Jamie the MACK MAN is back. Had to stop by for some of those good sounds you put together.the guitar work here is on the money.all the artist involved with this colab realy understand what colab is all about. you made it happin strong on this one.had to fav. i will be back.PEACE. THE MACK MAN OUT.
This is commin straight at cha from THE MACK MAN,this track is nothin but GOLD. SMOOTH AS SMOOTH CAN GET.Instrumentation is off the hook.sweet horn to top it off.keep doin what you do. i will be back. PEACE. THE MACK MAN OUT. Had to fav and download.
KD,this is a strong track i like the mix. the only thing i might do to this is pump it up on the hook. mabe add a heavier kik and snare, couple of simple drum rolls and cymble crashes, acoustic guitar strumming on the left, and call it a day.just my opinion. im commin back soon.PEACE. THE MACK MAN OUT.
Thanks for your feedback. So the percussion kind of needs to be a little low key and melo, so I'm not sure if adding a snare and kick into it would add or take away from the overall mood the song is trying to set. At any rate, thanks for the thoughts on the piece.
nice samba feel Yam. reminds me of the jammin in the parks days where you could come to hear some good relaxin sounds and maybe some things you could relate to. clean recording.PEACE.THE MACK MAN OUT. Good AX work.
DO YOU NEED A MANAGER,MENTOR,AGEN? lol. This is Stupid Stupid Stupid good work.i like the way you nailed the key change with the note before the key changed. the harmmonies go wit out saying.BEAR is off the chain. his music and your voice is a match made in Heavan fo sho.PEACE. THE MACK MAN OUT. Downloaded and fav.

Hi Mack, thanks for the positive vibe towards the track. I would be over listening to your stuff right now if the school I work at would allow me to listen to streamed music, but alas they don't!
