Jazz/fusion? I think that at 1:15 the samples my be out of key with each other slightly, was this intentional? I'm not saying it's bad...that's why I asked if it was intentional. I likey a lot! The reversed samples/keys are really cool the way they rise and fall!

aha! This was great! Not really my genre but I was rockin it man! This moves nicely and kinda has a "spy vs spy" feel to it! Kinda just faded out right when I was ready to pull my favorite "James Bond turning around and drawing his weapon" move! good job, great sounds!

The volume swells at the beginning remind me of "Satch" (Joe Satriani). This is soooo freakin flow if you know what I mean! I think this took Spelljammers song to the next level and I wouldn't change a thing... including vocals. Kinda a late night HBO gettin your groove on kinda track (wink wink nudge nudge!)

Yea man- nice. More of a soul or RnB feel too it. Def got that old school vibe flowin just right. Funny thing is this vibe matches the crate full of lps pic you got! Takes me back...

Nice.. I like the guitar and the flow of it. You know about the vocals, but you have to level them when you're laying it down cause you can't take it out of the red in post! Good arrangment

Good hook...build on it. I like the vibe from it! I hear (and its just what I hear) like a reversed cymbal at the end... a slight pause.. then a big build up hitting hard with a strong beat with some hard strings, and the flow hitting just as hard! This is nice man and deserves to live a longer life!

I like this, especially understanding the mood. It's not sad... more reflective and kinda like "I've dealt with the realty and salute my friend that I will miss". It's a very touching tribute and I get it! Nice work my friend!

EQ this is great! It kinda has a "Family Affair" flow to it....which is really good cause you know...that's Mary J! I love the message, and what you are doing with this song. Hey Silvestre. This is great! I agree with you that the Rhodes needs to be more in the back and the second guitar needs to be more in front. You just need to master this one, man. Set your stuff up in the soundfeild so everythings not center and bring the bass and rhodes down a bit. Try closing your eyes and imagine this band on stage , where would eveybody be on stage? Now set the pans to where you see them in your mind, but keep the drums and bass center. This is really nice man... just a little tweaking in post production will kill your need for another instrument. Seriuosly Dude, I'm not trying to put you down, cause this really is great and has everything it needs... its just all walking all over each other the way it is and its hard to focus on the flow when everybody is "speaking" at once.

I agree with screen play... it has a nice relaxing "playing in the garden" feel to it... Not sad as the title says! NIce use of instruments my friend!

Hellz Yeah!!! My first and only fav on this site so far! Just makes me feel alive... and that's from an old head bangers perspective... ya know! Like the stuff WE used to listen to... Scorpions, VH, Iron Maiden, Poison n the hair band (now receeding hair band)stuff. You remember em to Allen I can tell! I love the shift/bridge around 3:40. And the anvil was perfect!

Your comment to JoeFunktastic says it ll to me. Its the dirty rhodes...just the rhodes itself! It just has such a smooth and soothing tone that you just don't feel in some of the stuff today. I try to slip some in on some of my stuff, but I am no key man by any means. But this just had such a cool 80's movie vibe for me that I really liked!

This is pretty cool man! The timings a little .... well.. I don't know. It feels like you didn't write it but rather just pressed record and went b*lls to the wall! It reminds me of some of the jam sessions I've sat in on in the past!! Good feel though... and thats something you can't learn... you got it or you don't!

Damn this is good! I had to listen a couple of times. The mastering/mixing comments...yeah, but thats just a tweak thing! Love the flow! Did you compose the music or colab? I am professional DJ, and I'm tellin ya Reign, I could slip this in the mix later in my set and it would hold the dance floor! Very good work!!

This has a nice feel man, but it just kinda stopped. Are these loops or tracks? It needs more to it than just the simple hook and beat, it needs bass to give it an underlying direction and fullness! Work it out, It has potential to be a great JAZZ piece!
