Okay my friend I got to ask you the same question Do you create a round of vocals or do you put the vocals onto the track that you created because that's the only way for me to create something the way I do is around the vocals and this much more fun to do it that way
Hi CC! no, I find a voice that I like and I compose the music around the voice! it has the advantage of being just in tone with the piece (normally if the job is well done)
Michael
Love that sound in the intro perfect transition with The Rock the base is hitting though I love that the mixing the transitioning is excellent well done! Good stuff Steven
Who doesn't like beatbox?
Yea nice! Cuz of music i know ur era wish this woud come at me lol the vocals are wicked! So good! Ur best from me! Atm dang! One more Saturday nite! Thats u right? So damn talented I forget that you do vocals every time I don't know why
Cheers man, I love your enthusiasm! I was pretty happy with the vocal, getting into using my condenser mic again and with basic nektar vst they're coming up pretty clear in the mix which is good. I've struggled with how to process vox in the past.
Wherever you get your Source it seems like there's unlimited vocals to work with. At least you never run out of ideas. A real country Vibe you got going on. I know that we have different styles but when something sounds good it sounds good. And it's a quality that you bring to the ear a side to your mixing it's a quality
Thanks CC !I walk to the "feeling", I found this voice and I really felt this style of music for her (I think) as you say when it's good, it's good!
Michael
Hey my friend I'm so glad you're back this intro is awesome very mysterious.
Holy moly those vocals is this the same female artist that you used to do all the time on a regular basis? This is straight out of like one of those Speakeasy bars back in the days.
Okay I think I recognized her voice now it is for some reason you really do connect with her though good stuff man you to inspire me that's why my stuff sounds more melodic
Happy ur back :) forgot how much u inspire me! Ur quailty is of the highest! Damn good sound friend love that synth bass type sound the mixing to the outro. Excellent
Drum beat is kickin! I like how the wave format looks. Dope right here!
My kinda pace! Was that chimes at that pause? Creative man 2.34 change in the kik was brilliant
Trip out homie I just remixed the same joint I'll upload it maybe tomorrow but let's check out this baby right here. You know what I have never heard the original or any of the beats that go with Kendrick Lamar but I was under the impression that he was going to rap on here pretty badass beat I don't know if you were trying to imitate the original because when I Remix songs or the artist I don't like to listen to the original beforehand messes me out but dope beat
Thanks. Classical and Jazz history is more important than people realize. You should start with the Ken Burns Jazz documentary (PBS). It will open your world up to a whole new place to sample from.
Hey CC - yeah it is more electronic than lofi - the bell and chimes sounds come from the modular synths and they add a lot of the texture too. Thanks for listening and commenting : )
Yea buddy bring the disconess back my friend. You Put some magic with this one it started out so cool and you transition to a funky dance vibe. Great synth works. Cool vocals
I know that I don't come around often but you don't always put vocals on your tracks with you I like this one though pretty dope. I know that I'm pretty play or put like samples like how you did with this one in the beginning. The ending was brilliant I love that switch up
