Hey Dave. What a fantastic soundscape. A cornacopoeia of tribal tones in a groove that is infectious. I can evision just by listening the actual views of the river, it's landscape around it. This is definately up there with "Magic Carpet" as one of my favorite tracks of yours. The bass playing is superb as always and blends with the other instruments and loops in an execellent arrangement and production. Bravo bro and congrats ! - Bilbozo

Hey Buddy...thanks man..I think this track is heralding me sliding into a more rock orientated sound for awhile (it's probably due in part to listening to your music! lol)...I hadn't put much guitar in my tracks lately..but you know how it is(none better) when you sling on a six string..you awake the rock genie!..cheers man Dave :)

Don't you like finding an old unfinished track, polishing it off and it turns into a great piece of work ? I love it when that happens...it's like finding a treasure. Well I am glad you found the old folder on this one because it should have never have been missed. The groove is bangin....guitar driving rhythm. Sweet. I wondered if anyone would hear some connection to the beginning of "Be Careful with that Ax Eugene," and I should have known it'd be the best guitarist on the site! Tough break Gord. Hang in there. Some healthy advice....tweak the drums and precussion way down. Let the guitar do the singing. The guitar parts are loops which are warbling bit from being imported as a loop to a much higher BPM. Slow the song down to about 75 bpm and that should take care of it. Hope she's impressed when you get a singer for it. Cheers - Bilbozo
