FFFFFFFFunkey Monkey ! Oh yeah am I ever digging this one. Chords stroke the funky bone. My 4 year daughter was in the studio doing the Harlem Shuffle to this one buddy ! Are you sure James Brown isn't really gone and living in your basement? - Bilbozo
Well thank you and your daughter,I have a 4yr old grandaughter myself..but don't tell anyone i'm that old..our secret.this tune is one of the few originals i've posted so you know where I get the most enjoyment.i've been meaning to review your blues song cause I hear a Neal Schon influence in there and I love the guy,Gotta add him to my influences.
thanks again Bil...I better go check on James:)

Smooth groovin stuff Allen. Whatta collab. I love that nice clean precussive clean tone and the jazzy blues chops bro. Sweetness at it's finest ! - Bilbozo
Thank you bil,Some of These collabs seem to help force me to not color outside the lines and that can be a good thing sometimes...especialy on tunes like this.I love van halen but I don't want to mix VH with R&B just yet...at least not on someone elses song...you could..but...
Thank you again bil
Wow pretty convincing guitars...it sounds like they ere made for the songs and not sampled in. Great job at blending them in. Makes for a very rocking track. - Bilbozo
Thanks Bilbozo. Only 1 guitar (4 chords) is from a sample library. The other 2 (the ending fender stratocaster and power guitars) are programmed by me. I really appreciate you taking the time to listen and leave a review.
-Styles
Oh yeah...funky fusion going on here with a cool jazz overtone. I love all the great instruments you used here. A very cool and uplifting tune with good groove. All the best brother - Bilbozo
Me alegro de que te haya gustado. Yo sigo trabajando y espero que para despuÃÂs de Agosto tenga alguna canción de Rock, aunque hay algún Rockabilly que me da problemas con la música. Gracias por tus comentarios.
I love cinematic and symphonic tracks. This defiuantelyu has a cinema feel with dark undertones. Very atmosheric and ominous mood setting. You definately hit the mark on this one. Great track. - Bilbozo
Hey bro....It was a blast having a Latin jam with some of the best musicians I know. A real latin experience with a trainload of groove ! Thanks for inviting me in the colab - Bilbozo
Hey guys. As many know from my altino background...latin music is where it is at for me. Very nice piece of latin jazz. Love the instruments...marimbas and all. Very smooth take...and great bass playing chops by yourself and Planet as well. Great job fellas. I need a Cuba Libre after hearing this one ! Orale - Bilbozo
Thanks for the listen Bill - definately not enough latin on the loop (since it's not really hip) but what the hey, your doing a great job of flying the latino flag!!!
I dig this old retro feel kind of stuff. Back in the day it had such grove and funk. This is pretty cool, fresh take on this baby makes it interesting. Great job - Bilbozo
Love that guitar tone..with phaser. Definately retro. Smooth and captivating. Good use of reverb & delay without being over the top. Very nice composition. Essence of Latin Jazz...which I love. Superb Job. - Bilbozo
Wow,thanks heaps mate. That means a lot to me.You happen to be one of my favourite artists on this site and I have a lot of respect for you and your musical excellence.peace & goodwill
Wow...and that was from a trumpet? Amazing manipulation of the sound Nomad. It has a tribal feel to it. It's so unique and original. I was captivated by it. Cheers and great job ! - Bilbozo
Hey Bill - yup, all from that trumpet sample at the beginning. The one you heard and reviewed was actually a bit draftier than I usually post, and I think the next revision's sounding a bit better. I got pretty excited about what was possible playing to effects with the new MIDI controller. Thanks for the listen and encouragement. Most appreciated!
I was going to say if this is a first attempt...you got it goin' on. It may be a bit short...but short & sweet. Very nice track..smooth and authentic. Superb Job ! - Bilbozo
Very nice acoustic sound...it's tough to get a good recording on acoustic so I can appreciate the mix. Great vocals man...you sing with a lot of feel. Nice lonely ominous sorrowful feel. This is one of my treats for the night for sure. Great job - Bilbozo
Nice pop rock feel to this track. I would love to hear a lady sing on this track..it has great potential for a superb R&B pop track. Love it. Great job. - Bilbozo
Hi Bilbozo , thanks for the positive review on this! I was tring for a moody sensual feel and staying on that feel thru out the track.Good chance this will be revised in the near future with vocals!
Almost ominous and spooky hearing that guys voice. Great track...has the dark undertone and impulsive alarming feel I think you were going after. Spooky but cool. - Bilbozo

I know I am reviewing this track twice, but I wanted to let JW know that the mix is sounding bangin'. I like the way you have remixed everything and how you combine all the tracks at the end..nice concept to see how everyone fits into the track with the same progression but with different approaches in genre. Great way to show how universal music can be. Awesome - Bilbozo
THX...for your review :)

Liked your stuff so much I had to come back for another taste. Keeping in the family..now that is awesome. A father & son team. I am actually teaching my 4 year old to play guitar on a Fender half pint size guitar. Nice progressive sound on this track, guitar work is fantastic. I love the progression, very unique and original. 11/10 (One extra point for doing a song with your son.) - Bilbozo
Thanks Bilbozo.I know I would not have done a song like this without him,we did the song right before I joined this site and I'm now glad I had it to share.I think the time I spend on this site has been good for me,encourages me to climb outa Eddie Van Halens back pocket.
