daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn! dude, i'm speechless. no kidding, i got excited when i saw this track over on the "featured" section as though one of my favorite artists had just come out with a new single or something. I'm crazy about all your shit, your lyrics are top-notch, i f'ckin love your production-style, and you've got a voice that sounds great through a mic, so i was expecting some good s**t but this blew me away. I turned it up reeeal loud and got chills. So well done!
pretty cool shit here. The numerous changes remind me of Girl Talk (except he would have 30 different pellas), but this all does mash together pretty well. You got a lotta talent, man. Keep it up. You've made a fan outta me.
That right there is a tough ma-f**kin' beat. Seriously, well done. I'm trying to think how best to describe this, and this is what I got: I'm a little dude, 6'1, 150 lbs, no muscle. But if I'm walking down the street with this track blasting in my ears I'd be ready to stare down 250 lb thugs like it ain't no thang. It's like, "you kidding? You mean-muggin' me? Do you even KNOW how tough the $hit is I'm listening to?!" Make sense? Hell of a track man, keep it up
i dig, and yea, the flute solo's pretty cool. I guess my one critique is that you use the same swell too many times; that reverse crash-cymbal thing. Eh, maybe you only used it... nope, it's your outro too. Yea, I don't know, I'm a big fan of buildups and I never like to use the same sound to build up a beat more than once in a track. Cool beat though, I don't really dig elecontronic-sounding business, but this was easy on the ears. Good work
Yeah I'm always guilty of overusing my swells and builds, I guess you could say it's part of my signature sound! I'm glad you liked the flute solo and the beat though! Thanks for the review!
Yiiaah Man, ya damned right, itz ouuta control, but itz future !!!!
Even dont kno tha name of this female rappa, seems to be Nigerian, so English speakin..Lol
No kidding, Farisha's too fuckin' good. Your beat's great too. The drums are a little '80s, but it's beautiful otherwise. Really well put together. I feel like the strings in thee middle should come through more. The piano changes are brilliant. I've tried (and failed) to make a number of tracks with Farisha's pellas and this is rockin' my socks. Ah, it just stopped. You need an outro
Cool track, very cool beat. The lyrics could be better but you probably know that. There is a glaring problem though. Listen to it, during the chorus ("she's my punk rawk chick") there's a gnarley discrepancy between the drums, guitar and vocals. They're not on, but i think you could get 'em to match up real easily. Listen to it, you'll hear what i'm talking about.
Damn man. This is way professional. Awesome beat, kick-ass vocals and you got a great voice. Fuckin' A, that guitar! This track kicks ass, man. Keep it up!
I suppose it's no my genre to begin with, but that growling bass is too much. It tends to detract from everything else you've got going on. I mean, it's a cool sound, but I kept waiting for it to cut out... and it didn't. I'm sure you'll just laugh this off, but the only thing I'd change is lower the volume on that clip a couple decibels.
