i actually love the lil glitches and accents this track has. dont know if it needs anymore [but i am partial to minimal pieces like this; if the mix is done correctly, crazy breaks and transitions arent always necessary in a dubstep track]. youve got a great wobble on your bass, and i liked the sweep effect you did on it. my only criticism is i would love the bass to punch me a bit harder..or deeper...
other than that, this is a really solid dubstep youve got here. thanks for sharing and great work!

hey thanks for listening! i've been tweaking the bass non stop, i can't seem to get it to punch right, i know exactly what you're talking about. on some parts where it has that sine wave slide down at the begining of the pattern, the sub actually continues after the slide and i think that's what is making it all muddy and not hitting right... if you listen close you can hear it pumping underneath the wobble

so laid back...with just the right amount of menace.
your bass is always so on point. id love to send over some of my unfinished pieces...see if you can breathe some life into them with a lil of your naughty wobble.
another excellent piece.
mad kudos, as usual!

i would love to watch you mix in audacity. i only use it for broad edits.
after listening to your tracks, it would appear im not using the program to its full capacity.

i dont think the piano is cheezy at all...it brings a refreshing lightness [shards of sunlight] to a dark foundation. interesting break. solid production level.
another great piece!

yea I'm sort of in a Chrysalis stage right now with the whole equipment issue (costing money and all) But I'm working on production non-stop.

on MOUNTAN by ShamanStone
i totally agere with Gs, this is a solid trip hop beat if i ever heard one. love the effects. i was not expecting the beat to sound like it did when it dropped. it was a pleasant surprise. love the use of reverse effects thru out as well.
nice track!

...the bells...its the bells that does it for me with this track. it adds such a great juxtoposition to the hardness of the drums and guitars. really nice piece...
good job!

on Hands up by RBmusic
youve got something really special here. the levels need to be bumped; i want that beat to kick me in the chest... but your synth work is great. what really makes this song, tho, is the swutch ups. youve got a great hip hop/house/techo banger here. i like it a lot.
great work!

on SEX The Video Game (Solo Mode Remix) by Chad360
this is not nearly as "out there" as i had expected upon reading your description. either that, or im much more "out there" than i ever expected. i could do without the vox sample, but thats not to say it doesnt work in its own quirky way. i totally see this piece in a tech thriller...this is the score for the montage of the young bad assess working with a bunch of high tech equipment; theyre hacking, theyre splicing, theyre typing lengthy, ridiculously complicated code...its a great scene, thanks to your track. loved the transitions. loved the synth work. i really loved it all.
great work!

i adore this track. ultra chill and eerie. this would work just as well in cinematic...it creats such a delightfully unsettling atmosphere.

Thanx! I stayed up way too late on the headphones with this one.
Gotta fix that kick and e.q. the bass line again on the monitors.
But it sounds crazy on the headphones! lol!

peace.

your dubsteps have such a refreshing ambient quality to them. they sweep over you, rather than stomp over you. you can get lost in them quite easily. always great to see more femalp producers/artists/composers holdin' it down in the Looperfam.
nice work!

BRAH.VOE.
this is a tour de force. so fresh and "now" sounding. the beat, the vocals, the mix...everything came together in a perfect storm. it would fit so nicely on a film soundtrack. this piece has truly inspired me. thank you for that.
uber kudos!

...now make it available for download...cause i want it!

on Key Lime Pie by NtaT
"I've been at this for like 5 months... so Yeah i got it, i'm just starting can't expect to be amazing yet... but damn some of you guys just blow my mind and I feel i'll never make it to that point..."
-->it is you, sir...that blows my mind. showing this much talent and promise within the first year of producing is..well, its intoxicating for a listener like me. the stutters on this are some of the best i have ever heard in a dubstep. your control with the tempo is masterful. i agree with ultra that the production level on this one is on point.
youre doin' the d*mn thing...and i like it.
mad kudos!

on News Flash by NtaT
first off, i am terribly envious of the fact that this is the second track youve ever created. this is high quality stuff, right here. the bass is so laid back, but remains super dirty. the synth accompanyment is subtle, but adds a great depth to the piece. production levels on point. really nice work. cant wait to hear what else youve got!

on Get Some! (Noise) by KSwissBandit
...i was just wondering...you always place that disclaimer on your pieces ["i am in no way a serious musician"]. do you take your music seriously? if you do, then by default you are a serious musician ;). fear not, friend...you are amoung friends. this is a wonderful community of artist from all different skill sets, most of which are more than happy to help other artists perfect their skills, just as they have been helped.
keep making music...and we ll keep listening :)

Haha thanks, what I meant by that was that making my own music is not a big part of my life (listening is)
You are right, this sight is a wonderful community and thanks for pointing this all out
cheers

on 5 Centimeters by siensystem
totally agree with DextDee; this is some of the cleanest [while still being filthy] glitch i think i have ever heard. you have so many elements in this track, but they do not seem to be in competition with one another. the break at 2:00 is refreshing...a moment to close your eyes and breathe.
outstanding composition.
uber kudos!

..all fine points made by Number. if you are concerned with your work not being identified as dubstep, you should definitely take his opinion into consideration.
i, however, think this is a wicked piece on its own sans the confines of a genre. your bass is naughty. i love the slowness; the drag of it is terribly refreshing. i will ahve to wait to comment on the drums, as i am listening to this at work in sh*tty headphones, but i liked what i heard.
cant wait to hear more from you!
