Nice comparisons Kikajon..I forgot about Dan Reed!
MrFunk and I played with this for a while and I never was satisfied with myself so I pushed it back in the vault until he left the loop..it was a little late but I know he's seen that I posted it.
Yeah, I've been waiting for a tune!Heavy and brutal. The only thing is that I think the guitars are slightly too loud or the drums slightly too low.
But, I think what you do is totally awesome. Sir, you shown us how it's done.
Hi there Kikajon!
Thanks for being my first reviewer. I appreciate your comments very much. As far as the drums, they are the same volume throughout, except possibly at the very begining when the solo starts.
So I would say that the guitars volume is the difference your hearing.
Working with different guitars I have and the tone settings I wanted for the parts made them seem louder as well.
Thus sometimes I felt that a guitar part needed to shine thru and not get lost in the mix and so I did make some a little louder.
So thanks for mentioning that. I'll try and do better mixing on the next one so they will blend in more, but still stand iout.
Another cool track, it sounds that you had a lot of fun and me, I tappin' my feet.
One thing, I wish that the sax were more present. It sounds a bit boxed in, like it comes through a an old radio while the rest of the band feels like I'm in that room. The rhodes is really in that room.
And man, well played and I'm envious of your talent. This one is a definite fav.

Haha well thats the funny thing is i added some effects on the sax but the same effects sounded awful on everything else. wanted kindof an old radio sound. Will be fixin it up shortly. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanx for the review.
Hi Vicen, you did good. A nice song and I really like your low key vocals, brings a lot of caracter into the songs. this is no exception. Love the horns too.
/pmk
I'm glad you enjoyed it. I try to every song my particular interpretation. The horns, acoustic guitar, flute ... and the final sound is the work of Wayne, who knew very well read and complete the song beautifully.
Impressive power rock for the big arenas. I really dig the beat in the verse, i like the snare. This track is really good, but I think you could take it down just a tiny bit i the highest frequencies during the chorus. I think it could benefit from it. Having said that, a great song excellently played.
/pmk
Thanx Par!I thought it sounded pretty good without the drums but My friend Mike may hear drums in his minds eye.I think I might redo the acoustic guitar the micing wasn't great, and maybe bring the electric up a little in the mix.
Glad you liked it. Tack så mycket!
I am really proud to be a part of this collab. Minor2Go's songs are excellent and Ralfs voice is just 'freaking' great. :)
Cheers
Lena
Hey Vicen, what a great song. I really like the piano that comes in, a bit surprisingly and as a contrast to Allens heavy guitars.
Nice job, you guys.

Thanks for the listen PMK - It would be great if you and the other guys who were involved in the project also posted up your tracks - that way we could all get some idea of how it might have sounded!
I like the big orchestral approach, lot's of power but handled with care.
It's sort of the finishing victorious tune in a movie as the helicopter rises above the mountains and flies towards the coast.
I think this is s really cool track. Steinaa's guitars are always amazing. The vocals works great in the verese, in the chorus you might check out the volumes, I think your voice is a bit loud. But
man, I think you have good voice.

p.s. It seems I'm writing the first review on your tracks and I wish to welcome you to looperman.
