I really love this track. It's got a great spacey feel to the music overlaying the restless beat, and I love the organ stabs (or they sound like organ stabs to me) that come in at times - brings back the great '70s rock music that I've recently fallen in love with all over again. Great stuff, and I wanna download it!
Man, I love this, Grido. The drums are banging, hard. I love the weirdness of it. Keep going like that. You're - as far as I'm concerned - in the right lane. This rocks.
Man, I just love the living crap out of this piece. You're really skillful and spreading your musical out across the horizontal hearing plane - it really drew me in with like a zombie focus. I'm sure you've got things in mind to make it even better but for me, I really love it just the way it is. I wanna play it in my car as I drive up to Bumbershoot in a couple weeks with my daughter and her boyfriend. I bet they'll love it too. Thank you!
This is exactly the kind of music that I love. Heavy hitting, hard bass, and then when that shrieky stuff comes in, the shrieky ribbons winding around each other riding on that beat, I mean, yeah, I can't get enough of that. I think we speak the same language. Thank you. I am going to play around with this.
Man, I love me so good ol' honest guitar playing. I love this piece and wouldn't mind hearing it go on for quite a bit longer. I love the textures of the different sections - here there's a real cool groove all of a sudden, here you're highlight the bass, here the guitar's shredding, etc. Fantastic stuff!
Very very very nice. I love how the music gets out of the way of the vocal at first, and then really builds with it and enhances it at the end. I love the heavy bass in the bridge and then the hard guitar in the end part - really fantastic, and dramatic. This is a piece that has some real power.
I can't tell you how much I love this. EXCEPT for that part between 1:10 and 1:38 or so. When that came on I thought I'd clicked on a different song by mistake or something, and I was glad when it was over and the stuff I loved returned. Just being honest! I just love the thunderous drums, the different tones of guitar intermingling - for a lover of psychedelic rock it really scratches an itch that hasn't been fully scratched since 1976 or so. I think that could just go on and on longer - it doesn't need to be song-length particularly but could be jam length. I can't help but picture myself on the highway (to Vegas, let's say) with this on the radio and just cranking it up to the top in the desert air. Anyway - thank you, brother, for this fantastic music.
Thank you very much!! Your so kind ... I got a new idea for the middle of this song, so im gonna do a longer outtake when I got the time. Working in our garden and building a pergola. Life is beautiful!!
Thanx for the idea to change the middle part. Jippie Hippie!
This is sort-of unobtrusively, modestly brilliant. I faved it at about a minute in because I just loved what I was hearing - you took the melody of the intro and deepened it and thickened it in the second part in such cool ways that my eardrums were glued madly to the ongoings. I mean - your guitarwork - it's really, really great. (I'm assuming it's guitar.) Just seriously fantastic. And you're just sort of shredding in the background a lot of the time. Just hanging out and shredding. I'm glad I listened to this - it made my day better.
I humbly thank you for the nice words. look below and you will see itÅ› not a guitar, just me on keys playing like a madman guitarist with a Wah-Wah courtesy of the Roland ME-30.
There's a lot of wit in the music, which I love. You have to listen closely because the sounds are all artfully crafted and curated and orchestrated to be just right. I like the stoppy-starty-ness of it. Probably my favorite part was the bassy part that starts a little after the first minute, and I kinda wished it woulda come back again. It's a short piece and it would not sadden me in the slightest if it were longer.
Thanks for listening! I was kind of tempted to use that bassy part thingy, but because I try to keep my music on the shorter side, I opted not to. Perhaps it was a little bit to short though in retrospect.
