hey this is a really uplifting song man. your vox are cool and smoky nice soft harsh thing going on. i’m flipping for that guitar. this is one of those tunes to take with you everywhere.
thank you xstokes. it means a lot to me. im a huge fan of your music. yeah i take this with me. im touring right now throughout sweden. its fck cold here. some guys here liking your track very much. i played some stuff from you backstage.
Hey Cam, i love this restaging. It’s faithful enough to the original that i sang along without missing a beat, and the krimsonesque instrumentation kept me really engaged with sinuous fuzzy swimmy bliss.
This song has powerful connotations for me, it has soothed me in troubled times. And here it does it again, and it’s delivered by a friend.
Cam, this is first time i’ve been able to spend some hours catching up, i’ve been out of touch. anyway, it’s well past dark now and i’ve turned on a lamp after sitting in glow of my ipad since dusk, and looking at the animal tracks in the snow. i have a cat gone now 11 days, but it’s dog and rabbit and deer and shit no cat.
the beautiful interplay between interiority and expansion penetrates and pulls my mind outside into the snow and it’s hot as hell in winter.
and now we come to the point; no pussyfooting!!
ace
Hey Mike, it's ok, I've been busy and out-of-touch a lot too. And unfortunately that's probably not going to change until April! The Opera world has sucked me back in for a while. That being said, I always appreciate your listen and your second-to-none comments! Take it easy friend.
Maj, happy holidays, brother. i’ve had some awful preoccupations lately, mate, but i will be trying to get back in sync with everyone. this track just shows the start of all that energy i’ve been missing.
this is dancy in the dark and the stars come out. happy holidays to you and yours, my friend!
My dear brother Mike.
Happy Holidays to you too my dear friend.
Thank you very much for the comment mate.
Glad you like it.
Thanks for the fave too.
Happy Holidays to you and your loved ones to my friend.

i love these sounds and cool changes contained in the track. my criticism is in the spatial depth of the mix, i think you could expand the soundrange some. i like it, man.
Hey thanks man. This is the type of criticism I was looking for. This one was hard for me to get it to sound the way I want it to even tho I was working on it pretty long. and I completely get what you saying. I'm glad you like the beat and sounds. Thanks again
hi Maj! man i have a lot of catching up to do w you, mate! man this is gorgeous jazzy mysterious as hell in a weird silent movie if that makes sense! hey you an Beatmaker4real3 sounds meant to be!
hey man nice to meet you. yeah, this was aimed at me at a time when i’m pretty conflicted about shit and it helps clear things up. lots of passion in this, i love how you placed the original pieces and it all hangs together really well. peace!
Thankyou so much for the feedback my friend, really! I'm glad you can relate to it. I've been out of the game for about 10 years. It's amazing to have the spark come back. The joys of recovery. Keep in touch :)
i am in love with that guitar, man. i think the mix suits the theme and the performance connects and resonates with me. i’m jealous in fact. what a good track, man!
hi maj, i will be looking up your videos for sure! the electronic/organic melding is very dreamy indeed. you put just the right amount of sad, and the sweetness has a lot of depth. ace mate!
hey man i really like this a lot. nice tonal variety and great production. the song is catchy as hell. i can hear Shaman77 singing a poem with this — if yer looking for collab, you oughtta hit him up.
Thanks mate - this is different from the other recent efforts but I liked where I got to with the cross rhythms and the stereo mix with this one. Had to go work earlier today but looking forward to hearing you new one shortly : )
well i hadda go and google whidmey isle — still out of power from the storm, it’s been out for over a century.
you are a natural with that theremin thang! go west, young man!
Whidbey Island is just north of Seattle. I chose that and Portland as landing places to and from the Klondike, sounds reasonable enough to me.
I am going through another tropical storm as I type, windy and rainy now, worse to come today and tomorrow. Hope my temporary roof from the last hurricane holds up.
The theremin is like the harmonica, all the right notes are there, it's just finding them with the right hand then, with about 20 seconds of practice you can hone in on where the good notes are. Over 20 scales to chose from which is handy. Gonna be fun seeing how i can utilize this in my music.
i’m using this track as the means to get the fuck off of earth now!
i’m taking elon’s rocket and dropping him out along the way. bye-bye birdie.
this is ridiculously good to hear today as you intended it. like hunter thompson sez “ when the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.” my e-day anthem for the midterms.
ah, had to put off listening for a couple days. and as this about caps a bout 4 hrs of catching up on the loop, o god damn man i know why i am here. ezekiel’s flaming flying saucers as filmed by werner herzog!!
that bass comin over me at 1.21 conjoined with the organ and drumming, the sequencer and stringpads and strings, the buzzing electronics, the mounting ecstatic bloodthirsty rush, i am a werewolf on the moon.
this is thrilling music, cam.
D*mn, you've outdone even yourself with the imagery this time my friend. "Ezekiel's flaming flying saucers as filmed by Werner Herzog." Never in my wildest imagining would I have come up with that lol.
Thanks so much for the listen Mike, it's always greatly appreciated!

man, this is wonderful craft indeed!
Cheers man, I was probably most happy with the lyrics above anything else to be honest. Though as well as stealing some of Mr Zimmerman's, there's definitely a nod to Leonard Cohen in there too (with the downing men line) and of course Soundgarden and Black Hole Sun! What can I say, I'm a magpie.
Ha, ha. Well, usually the dying warriors are not in a particularly kinky mood when the Valkyries pay them a visit. However, them girls are hotties, so if that is your thing, just throw a dirty insult towards them, and you are in for the slap-fest of your life. They will probably end it by turning you into a girl before sending you to Hel, but your fun may be worth it. ;-)
