Yeah like the quirky little melody and all the glitchy bits...

First off I love the beat. Your bassier elements are all amazing. Do you want to create an other song? Fairly basic song but some timing issues unfortunatly..

sorry i cannot think of anything good i can say about this.

Edit - sorry i was a bit vague I know. I think you need to improve on the composition of the track, the flow of the track, the choice of instrumentation.
ChromeAxl
ChromeAxl replied Unknown
And...can you at least say what you think could be improved? Not much point in reviewing if that's all you have to say.

on Morph feat Du Francq by Lerique
I think u have put the track together well and it cetainly has that electro house vibe that's popular at the minute.
Lerique
Lerique replied Unknown
Thank you Ryan. I think you're right. I like to hook a little bit into the listeners demand of music but still it's also what I like the most myself aswell. Thanks for stopping by man!

good job on the vocal

THanks, Ryan :) Gonna do it again with more conviction now I've FINALLY settled on a melody! That was the hardest bit of the whole song, I think x

on CarboN FootprinTs (BeTa) by Leeora
like this slightly ominous sound and those metallic sounding hits - think that lead synth may be a bit loud in places

edit - no sweat, I find after mastering some of my higher end freqs have been boosted a bit much and I need to go back and redo it. I was listening on headphones (not particularly good ones) rather than my monitors.
Leeora
Leeora replied Unknown
Its a slight possibility...i did some re-mastering on the sound. Tempos may be a bit high from the original version that was composed a few yrs back so i wanted to up the levels a bit. I do have the synth under control where there's no sound clashes. Could depend on your computers presets as well. Perhaps you hear something i don't.

Though i do appreciate the feedback..any honest/constructive criticism only motivates me to improve those small areas.

thanks again

on Albino Beat by Foreman
Bro, what makes you think this is dub?
Foreman
Foreman replied Unknown
Really man I didn't mean to put dub, I just make so many beats an re-edit them, its just habit to click on one your used to. Really made this one to rap over.

on Warning sign featuring Joyce Ebajan by KATETHEGREAT
Like others said there is an imbalance between the audio quality of the vox and the instruments. Playing is good. I'm sure when the vox is rectified the end result would be much better. Keep it up.

on ill be there for you by donatoth
I think there is a catchy track in there. The mix isn't great though. The intro guitar and synthy noises are much cleaner and brighter than the vox. I think it has potential tho.

on ImReadyForYou Feat - ImDangerouss by Tgatchi
Not much to say about this. It's very short and does'nt really go anywhere. Essentially you have a beat on a loop and a vox sample over the top. That does not make a track. The vox sample does'nt even sit very well with the beat. Needs a lot more work if ur gonna get the attention and reviews of people on this (or any) site.

on Last Summer by TonyKnight
Parts of this track are really nice. Like the bass and the mood conveyed. I think it could be improved with some better timing in places. Tone of the guitar is sweet!

on DFI - 3 49 - Headshrinker Remix by SGN
I can imagine someone using this track to start off a dj set. Something really heavy and dark like techno, dubstep or drum and bass. This would really set the mood before another track comes in with beats and rips the ceiling off. Really nicely produced and a great atmosphere. Well done bro.
SGN
SGN replied Unknown
Thanks man. Appreciate the listen and the feedback.

PS - Just gotta mention that I love your techno stuff and will get to listening and reviewing your newer sh*t soon (internet's been painfully slow lately, but I'm getting a new connection).

this track is way better than the number of reviews would suggest. i like the pads and little melodies. i'm guessing you like moby? sounds like you were inpired me some of his ambient pieces.
ECKSjoe

Thanks a lot! I absolutely love Moby, such a compliment to have his name in the same sentence as mine. I actually re-wrote most of this track and used it as my Music Coursework last year, I may upload the new version at some point

on Flyin High (Open for collab) by StephenPotter
Stephen I agree this sounds like a good start. Never made any d&b but used to listen to enough back in the day. Sounds ripe for some crazy break to come in and a change up. There's always vox to give extra dimension. I read that you have someone on board so I look forward to hearing the finished article.

Back in the day I used to love PFM. Here are a couple of their tracks. Hope they can inspire u.

Really epic bunch of tracks, thanks for sharing, I'm a massive fan of this style of music, but its only now that I've been able to produce it to what I consider to be a decent standard.

Thanks for dropping by!

on A Good Bass Player Is Hard To Find Redux by Badhuman
62 plays and 0 reviews??? Funk must not be too popular on the Loop, eh? Maybe they don't know what quality musicians sound like? Really like Paul's drinving guitar lick. Nicely played guys.

on Where Did I Go by Badhuman
This is why people should keep their music simple and not cluttered. This is great. The bass is awesome and the guitar sounds fab too. Rhythm section keepin it straightforward and tight and allowing the guitar to do his stuff. End result is really good!!!

on Word Of God by KrisAuest
Obviously being a spoken word track and the fact that it is scipture you are reading it is important that the vox is clear. Your vocal does'nt sit well in this mix. Give the vox a boost. It is the key element after all!

Some nice touches especially with the vocal. The main body of music needs building up both in volume and substance but overall the sound is nice.
