Nice! Very much Jazz. Smooth and slick. I really enjoyed the bass line also. Usually bass is overpowering and muddy but this one is clean. Use of reverb is very good also. Not too many jazz pieces here but this is a good one.

Another catchy tune JW. Excellently mixed as always and yes I do play them loud. I like this one especially, it's a little more distinctive than usual. Holds together well. Good track man.

on The Floating Castle Version 3 by phantomhim
Damn! You and I are using exactly the same loops but your stuff is totally different! Amazing. And yours is damn good too. We're hearing the same sounds and our brains are making different music. That's what I love about music. The variety.
Geez that sounds like Eminem rapping. That guy Niles is good.
Excellent track man.

on Eye for and Eye Studio Ready Feat Farisha by phantomhim
oh very very nice. Very catchy. I'd almost call it a pop tune. (btw, That's not a bad thing, I love some pop) Very melodic and well mixed. Moves right along. It's funny I recognize PianoSounds piano but you've given it an absolutely fresh take. Very well done.

It is def a pop/hip hop track. I would put it up as that if they're was a cross over option. : )

Thanks for the review mate, cheers.

Very nice track. As one of your fans I always enjoy hearing a new Xtatica track. I think you're getting better and better at incorporating vocals over time. Downloading this one as usual.

on Xpara-Mental by DJMudDuk
Very Balinese in my mind. I can see the temple dancers and the exotic pagoda topped temples. Nice mood setter. I think Fusion is the right genre. To make it a dance or club piece you'd need to add a solid bass/percussion line with compression. I think it's nice just like it is.

on MrE Leap of Faith DVs Into the Darkness rmx by DonnieVyros
I've actually listened to a number of your tracks before but this one is still one of my favorites. It's kind of Techno but really more Cinematic in flavor. It's a nice mood maker, MrE is good at that, but you've enhanced it considerably with the effects processing. I think it could even be longer since it sets such an nice mood. The jungle, the wind, the water, very exotic.
DonnieVyros

Yeah, this was done back when I was still just messin around with remixes. Ern laid down a pretty solid foundation that I just accentuated with the different effects. And the original was only like 3:10-15, so I didn't stretch it out that much, but enough for a decent radio edit me thinks (def agree this could go on longer though). Glad ya dug it. Lates!

I liked it. As always your beats are center stage and the best. But I like the soundscape Trance part too. Good beginning.

How could I not be nice? My favorite singer and Trance producer together at last. Nice vocal trance. Stephanie, I still think you've got a killer voice for trance and club music. It's got a nice sensibility and you've got a great feeling for the music. I'd love a copy of this pls. I also want to produce something as nice as this for you to sing to.

on BENG BENG by Dembow
14 downloads and only 4 reviews. I'd say some people love your music but are too lazy to write a nice note. Shame.
Alwys good stuff from my favorite Reggaeton star, Dembow. Catchy rhythms, good melody, trademark siren, what more could I want?
Hey am I influencing you a little on the percussion on the end?...lol. I LOVE precussion in pieces. Great!

on Trumpeters Kingdom by ShojoBeast
I think Cinematic works for this one. It's like a story and I think maybe your forum question helped to inspire it? At least it helped to name it. It actually makes me want to see the movie sequence using this music. It sets a mood. It would need a counter point somewhere in the melody to be a proper self contained track I think. But as it is it makes great movie music.
ShojoBeast
ShojoBeast replied Unknown
Thank you!
I was actually working on this one before I made Tears of the Goddess. I just never really thought it worked. It really reminded me of my sister, because she plays the trumpet. And is very good at it, well she's better than me! I can't even play a note on it. But yeah,
Thanks for listening and reviewing! I always feel happy when someone reviews my song!

Peace,
Shojo

on Twilight by ParkerMusic
This is a very beautiful piece Ms Parker. I'm yearning to apply a little processing to it again. :) Your music is very soulful and evocative. This piece is particularly engrossing and easy to listen to. It makes me calm and its nice to find music with that particular quality in these troubled times. You have a nice gift.

on Im Coming For Ya- Koble Edit by ParkerMusic
Another good one. I'm yearning for a little processing to add some punch and loudness, but's that the only suggestion I can give. Catchy tune and interesting percussion line. If you'd like send me an email and I could master this one for you and show you the difference. This is a happy song and a great Dance track. Deserves a wider audience. Very nice.

on Fly so high XtaticaUK vs Mhyst by Xtaticauk
Always enjoy another Xtaticauk track. Will download and add to my Xtaticauk library. Great energy. Mhyst as I've never heard her. Normally I don't like pitch shifted vocals but this works and works well. By the way I've said this before but i think you get more out of Mhyst's voice than even she does herself on her own tracks. Once I sent her one of your tracks but never heard back so I don't know if she agrees or not but I think your stuff is great.
Xtaticauk
Xtaticauk replied Unknown
Thanks dude - I would like to know if Mhyst agrees with with what I do with her dude- the pitching is due to her singing in those low notes - i have just finished another track that she sounds like a parapara Japanese dance vocalist/ Alvin the chipmunk - I might release it to see what you guys think - I don't know yet...A massive thank you again :)

on Deku Shrubs Final Stand by ShojoBeast
If I didn't know better I'd say you were Asian since this music is very very Asian in feeling. But I do know better and so I will say you have an Asian musical soul. You do great justice to these themes Shojo. Very good. :)
ShojoBeast
ShojoBeast replied Unknown
Asian? Me? Well, I did know about the Buddha when I was VERY young and no one told me about him. But, I do listen to a lot of Asian music and read manga comics (now it's VERY hard to read left to right books).

Peace,

Hi Miss Dembow,
Nice to hear a new one from you. Very nice Reggaeton. You do this so well. It's your best genre since you have so much feel for it. Downloaded and Faved.
Did that Sash "Ecuador" inspire you btw? Your stuff is just as good imo.

on Into My Brain featuring Jay Pickle by Xtaticauk
Nice one Xtaticauk. Downloading this one for sure. Hot track. I'd say vocal Trance. Could even say a little Goa Trance here although the vocal isn't really a sci-fi thing exactly but it has that vibe. I really like this one the more I listen to it. Gotta fav it. Damn good.

P.S. Upon further reflection this is definitely Psy Trance.

Another catchy tune from the Mega-monster of Hip Hop himself, Dusthill. Yeah a great vocal would be nice. maybe Eminem? I'm sure he could spin some verses that would do this justice. Catchy piece. Always good stuff Dusty.

on iTs Smokin by CONFiDENCE
Wow. Not my style of music but I can recognize talent when I hear it. Very commercial sound and I do mean that. I'm not sure what I like best about this. The music, the vocals, the lyrics. Damn! There all good. Even the mix and balance is absolutely spot on. This could be a radio single hit. Hella good.
