Hi Charlotte,
Been a long but I am so happy to hear your latest track.
I've always thought you are so talented. I LOVE your newest stuff including this track. I was listening to one of your Reggaeton tracks yesterday and really still enjoy it.
I'm still making music too mainly on my YouTube channel.
Cheers,
-Koble
I rather like this one. Not traditional trance but very catchy nonetheless. I found my foot tapping along. Melodic and dramatic. A cinematic feel to it. Very moody and nice.
Hi Minette,
It's been awhile but I see you still have a very pretty voice. I love the softness and comtemplation of this piece. Very nice.
Cheers,
-Koble
SK has that kind of magic that you cant fail to come up with a good choon when you use her - I always look forward to her next Vocal - thanks again dude...
This is a very good track. How can it miss? Stephanie Kay on vocals, you on the music. My only slight comment which I've made before is that I think your tracks could really benefit from some mastering tweaking. Your music is so good and a proper presentation would make them even better.
Thanks again dude - I get scared of twiddling those nobs and losing height on frequencies - I will take note though :) - thank you again - and a massive WB -
Lovely piece. I agree it has your "signature" sound and I like this one a lot. I hope to get back myself soon to Looperman but this is my fix for a bit. :) Thanks.
Always nice to hear you Stephanie. Maybe it's just me but I've become familiar enough with your voice that I always want to hear more. Nice distinctive clear voice. Now if only you liked Club music as much you like Rap and Little Wayne...lol.
I am big fan of Eminem though. Good to hear new stuff from you.
Cheers,
-Dennis
Hi Rits,
Listened to several of your tracks and this is one of my favorites. Smooth jazz and a nice feel to it. Many of your pieces have a jazz ambience and this one is very easy on the ears. Good mix and a good vibe.
Very nice Jamie. I'm not sure what progressive rock is, to my ears it sounds more like excellent jazz. I guess I associate rock with louder pieces but this has a nice mellow jamie soothing sound. The level seems a little low? or is that my system? Gotta download this one. Very very good.
This is nice. It creates a mood. It has a good dance vibe and is well mixed. The only possible thing I could suggest is to create a counterpoint somewhere in the middle. You put in a lot of variation but it's always nice to have a little counter melody to give the ear a little rest. Good job.
Wow you've changed Spiv. It's been too long since I heard one of your pieces. I know this is a collab and it works well for me. Real Breakbeat. Had me tapping me foot. This is a very mature piece and has a nice full range compared to some of your earlier pieces. Well mixed and the mastering is nice too. I prefer these to the more Electronic style (tonal) that characterized some of your earlier pieces. This is very good.
I'm not sure if this is a good one to base your decision on, since SUBSPORT/SPEX did all the sound design. But yeah my mixing and mastering style has changed a lot. Thanks so much for listening! I'm glad you liked the mix!
Nice one Spuds. Got a slightly retro House feel to it. Skillfully mixed and mastered. The beat that comes in gives it more modern Dance feel. Good singer too.
I am SOOO glad you have returned Ms.Koukotsu!!!
I confess to having heard this track before your fellow Loopers and I must say it is still on my curent playlist. I absolutely LOVE this track. Your best ever imho.
I plan to return actively to Loopermans shortly myself and the first track I will upload is a collab that you gave me inspiration for called Gobblygook...lol (what a terrible title)
Thank you! It's so weird how the tracks I spend the least amount of time working on turn out to be the most enjoyable, lol.
And yeah, you should expect nothing less that terrible titles from me, look at the one you just finished reviewing! Definitely not my strong point!
I'm glad to be back, I didn't realize how much I loved this site until I left; I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon, unless something horrible and unpredictable occurs, lol.
Thanks for leaving a review, now I have some serious catching up to do! (I've been a bit lazy lately, as usual.)
Pretty catchy piece I must admit Trax. I'd call it glitch but it's got a nice house feel. I found myself tapping my foot on this one. Creative use of vocals, well done. Supports the music, not always easy to do.
It's been a very long time since I heard any new music from you Bri and I must say I have missed you greatly. This is a departure from your usual Trance but.. it just shows how good you are. It's absolutely excellent. I played it a few days ago thinking it wasn't going to be my cup of tea but I was wrong. It's really very good. It makes me want to hear more. I hope your going to get back into it. Your fans have missed you. :)
I'd give this track a rating of 1.21 jigawatts...:P
Yes I still have that very first track you ever posted...lol. Still makes me laugh.
This one is actually quite nice. Pop sensibility and very danceable. Well mixed and moves right along. Catchy.
Btw, that poor cat must have permanent blue vision by now...
Cheers,
-Koble
I like this one the better of the two you posted. I like the Psy/Goa feel of it with the vocals. This one has a pretty catchy melody line. Your title says "The Past" but the track says "Dawn". I assume the track is just from your past? I also like the long break at about 3:00. Works for me. Good one.
Heh, I really don't even know what style I was going for when I made this thing :P As for the title, I fixed them lol. I forgot that I named these tracks. And ooo, the break! I love this break haha. I really need to work on them in my new stuff. Glad you enjoyed the track man! Always a pleasure.
Naw Influx. It's not garbage at all. You can see your "roots" a bit in this piece. I do like your more recent stuff but this isn't bad at all. I am glad you are still posting additional tracks. I was going to email you and prod you to release more stuff since I like your stuff so much.
Haha, I guess it's not garbage..but it definitely isn't up to the production level of my newer stuff :P As for new tracks.. I'm pissed that my computer was destroyed.. Had some really epic things in the works. Now I have to buy Reason again so I can keep at it. Guess I lost my disks when I moved last :\ Anyways, thanks for the review mate! I'll be sure to check out your new stuff.
Really nice Bil. Vocal is really well integrated and catchy. The epic guitar chords and riffs in the background go surprisingly well. Kind of like Ozzy Osborne meets Ciara.. :P works really well.
Cheers,
-Koble
I always get scared jumping into a place where I may not belong like hip-hop or pop. Thanks for easing me in with the kind words. Beats getting torn to shreds lol ! Cheersa and take good care - Bill ( Bilbozo )
Nice solid beat on this one. I'm really not sure DnB is the right genre. It has a bit of funk and a bit of fusion and a bit of jazz and yes even a bit of ethnic in it. Maybe House is the right genre. Kind of Funk House. Wow, another new genre...lol.
Btw, vocals are very effective here. They supply the "melody" and it works really well. Got my foot tapping. Solid.
Nice track Stephanie. Great job on your singing as usual. Well mixed too. You have a gift for catchy lyrics. This is more vocal Trance than your usual but I actually like it better than Hip Hop but that's my taste. I always have thought you make a great Trance/Club singer. Very nice track. Grats!
