Great Stuff! Addicted off the first hit dl-_-lb That synth is almost hypnotic. The sudden breaks could be softened a bit IMO with some FX or sweeps but that's a personal ops :) The beats are really smooth and a nice driving force to the track.

Glad you could be pleasantly surprised by this one! I agree that this could use a little something else, but I don't think I'll be going back to change anything. I think it turned out pretty good this way. Thanks so much for your review!

Trippy to say the least, an epic voyage into soundscape. The life story of a satilite thrown deep into the cold depths of space. To discover new life or to have new life discover it. The first emotional response was fear but that gently warmed into curiousity of the unknown. The deep bass rezonating and throbbing had some wonderful sonic manipulation... cool stuff! The high-end frequencies have nice depth to them as the spin and swirl. Very nice work and thank you for sharing...---> floats back to reality dl-_-lb

*04.18.10 ~ noticed the update, plugged in headphones sat back and closed eyes...(4min51sec silence)... wow! I could hear a heartbeat growing stronger and stronger, this is alive. This has a soul. Technique is wonderful. I really enjoy your style.

I'm really pleased with the bassline, and manipulated it throughout most of the track. With the next version, I've achieved the most automation with any single recording to date. Fingers flying to keep everything slowly shifting. I'm rather pleased with the development of this. Thanks for the review.

-----> is somewhere over there now! Blown away by your final mixdown. So many interesting and detailed textures. This sounds amazing with the headphones, head is spinning but nodding to the beat with eyes closed. This is like the "Cheshire Cat" scene in slow-mo, all wavey & ripples like warm air over hot pavement. Wow man...dl-_-lb

I'd say about 90% of this version was done with headphones on. More and more I like tweaking at this level, and I suspect it's due to the "ambient logbook" thread. It's also wicked with a good set of sub-woofers (I do edit to this kind of listening, too). I'm glad you dig it optym! Thanks for coming back to hear the final!

I'm getting a industral vibe, much like NIN (downward spiral) This sounds very technically involed, a lot of detail and textures. Eq sounds pretty sweet too! Would like to get a copy of this sometime, tell you what... trade you one of my songs for this one lol, ttyl,

Hey optym - this one's almost there, and I'm betting my next recording/revision is going to be the one I keep. I've been actively researching Ambient music lately, and I'm not surprised that the Industrial roots are apparent here. I'm finding as I progress technically with the medium that I'm spending way more time in fine tuning and teasing out textures now than I do on composition. Expect an email from me soon! Thanks and cheers!

Oasisduke, this is beautiful. When I close my eyes and let the music wash over my awareness, I'm taken to a tropical paradice! the white sands of the beach, the intence blue/ green of the ocean, lush green palms shading me while I relax. I really enjoyed this.

This made me grin ear to ear all the way through it. The melodies are very soothing. The mental images flowing in and out are of being in the deep bottom of the ocean, very dark but you see a lighter patch of electric colors. Then in a flash as the melody builds a smack of biofluorescent jellyfish put on a rainbow lightshow with your music. Very nice work d(-_-)b
