hey man i wish i could write that fast. i like what you did here, thats a pretty abstract idea for you to write on and well, you wrote on it, outstanding job. maybe clean up the guitar just a little bit and its golden. or just leave it the way it is it still sounds good now. anyway, great job. i look forward to more.
im a real fan of tokyo police club and so i like the dirty grunge sound the guitar has, thanks a tonne for listening man, and for the comment too! cheers!
ok so i'm assuming that this isn't the first brush with producing that you've had? this is a great track, the levels are good the track flows nicely vocals are nearly flawless you need to keep posting! posting! posting! we're all waiting for more from the BP or at least i am!!
c'mon! is this really your first track!? if this is your first track you're BORN to do this. this is amazing. i'll tell you myself and i'm sure alot of other artists on this site will also tell you... most of us weren't this successful with our first songs and as a matter of fact i still don't think i do stuff this good! i really can't wait to hear more work from you and definately keep it coming!!!
ok so where to start? haha! i really like the track and the direction that you took with it. i like the shifts and the beats and the bass and all that good jazz but just in my opinion it feels kind of like its missing 1 aspect and i don't really know what that aspect is so my opinion doesn't really matter but i just kind of feel like its missing one thing and then it'll be perfect. its a really great track though definately keep it up and i can't wait to hear more!
Prech that mate. As for the missing element could it be how this track lacks any form of pad? I'm thinkin it's either that or the drums could be a little stronger. Eh, I dunno, at any rate. Glad ya dug it. Later on!
Way to freakin go! you made me Log On just to post this review! lol this song is awesome everything is just blended nicely and sounds really professional. Very cinematic. I lika this.
Hey! Thanks much HeroZero!
This track has led me to being asked to join an Enigma style Project! I am now part of a project called Twins In Mind. We are about to launch our first album next month with a wild video to go wit it. Should be updating our site soon Twinsinmind.net
Also our tracks can be heard now at Ubetoo.com and in the search bar type Twins In Mind.
Appreciate your feedback..Cheers ~ Don
Nice man!!! i really like the sound of the song and all of that. the only thing i think could be cleaned up was the vocals. they were a little off at times but overall well done!!!
Sorry about the delay (school stuff). Thanks mate. Yeah, I'm gonna haveta go back n iron this one out a little (mainly due to my dislike of the current bass I added). Vocally, I didn't touch them up at all (beyond volume tweeks for fades). Placement was done to give them a separate feel, though I'll keep my ear open for spots that are horribly outta place when I re-edit this. Glad ya dug it. Later on!
thanks for the review, you should check out some of my other stuff too. i really like this track, it sounds really good. it kind of has a "Lady Gaga"ish sound to it which makes it sound really nice. well done!
Yeah, I can kinda see that (the NES thing). And that's prolly because this track is really raw, in that I didn't really add any effects to it. Velocity changes was about all I did, if those count. Glad ya dug it mate. Later on!
Thanks mate, and I would if I wasn't rubbish with the Guitar (trust me I've tried and it's no good, haha). Though some people have added some to this. And more will in time. Glad ya dug it. Later on!
Thanks for stopping by and giving a listen to my latest.
No, I don't make loops myself, altho I could easy enough I suppose, and then use them later in different songs. I get my loops from many various sites around the Internet, and usually pay between $20-100+ for them in CD sets.
I recall last year I got an 8 CD set from England.
Totally all loops of many different instruments.
I strive for quality and I prefer 24 bit .wav files to work with. Perhaps an expensive hobby...but you can listen to the results of most all my songs and ask yourself...is it worth it?
