Oh how I love that rock guitar. It seems to take that bass by the horns and toss it around creating this awesome muzical mesmerizing whirlwind!

And that underlying whomp bass sound thingee (what is that) buzzing around...yes. And that ending mwahhh, it's always good to be let down gently :-)

I really love the idea of this song! You're singing out, and the intensity of the guitar really meshes well with your emotion as you're singing. Love that!

The honor to please him...used to do that.......never works :-)

Thank you as always Patricia. I could have spent forever on this and I'm not sure if It would be any better. I suck at recording. In reflection, I believe the "Her" is 'Music' and I am the faithful servant. The words just 'fell out' as well as the music, so I had to ask what it was I was trying to say...

Love your voice, so sensual (don't take that the wrong way) and the harmonies are just wonderful!

I'd love to hear this without that distortion, although it may just lend that club setting sound that fits so good.

That muzic is too smooth to have rough vocals. But I'd take the "unpitched" ones any day :-)

I think I'd like it better if you put a little reverb or effect on the vocal and maybe set it back a little so as to let the muzic shine a bit more.

But not bad.

This made feel a few different ways, so I had to listen to it 3 times to try to describe it all.

I think it really describes my mood right now...somber. A little disoriented & disconnected in some ways. All over the place, yea, that's it. Neither here nor there but here just the same.

That is in no way a downer for this lovely piece that is me right now...I close my eyes and its like I can feel all these emotions trying to leave me. That ending does it!

Muzically speaking I'm sure it took a lot of work and thought to orchestrate such a piece that isn't what we consider the norm...beautiful mind :-). Great work!

Such clarity, I think one of the best muzical relationships is an acoustic guitar and vocals, match made in heaven!

Good lyrics, inspirational. I daydream often. And what better motivation for words than life...helps others know they are not alone.

That isn't very long to get a really good idea of where you're going or what you need, but...

I just read this https://www.looperman.com/blog/detail/69 and maybe it could help.

If you can get a clearer vocal that would help as well.

Obviously I think a Hip Hop worship album is a good idea, you've got lots to work with here on the loop. Lots of music to shop with :-)

Hey Patricia! Thanks for your feedback. Constructive criticism is a MUST in music! I purposely added an amplified distortion with a mid-high bass setting on it so that I don't have to deal with the gains on my mixing board. I also added a gentle compressor so that I can easily manipulate the levels on the vocals. I added dry stereo vocals in the background so that the vocals doesn't sound buzzy to the point that the lyrics aren't able to be comprehended by the listener. I chose that style as that vocal style as the chorus of the instrumental since electric guitar distortion does 2 extremes: brings high intensity in loud vocals or it brings the mellowest of mellow vocal vibes.

I, personally, didn't make the instrumental long since it was a quick idea I put together in literally 15 minutes at around 5am. But, I will definitely update it in the near future! and btw, thanks for welcoming me in the Loop! haha God bless

Wish I could rap! Nice groove. Not a lot going on, gives the vocals room to breathe. No music, so gives the artist room for that as well, although that could get tricky :-)

Um, and curious...what's bras? Is that an instrument...seriously :-)

When making music I never making for some vocals or something ... most show people I offer a summary of quality in terms of music .. and of course I would do something like that, and if someone asked .. and as for the "bras" I wrote wrong .. my bad I wanted to write a "brass" .. in any case, thank you for comments and advice....thanks a lot

Nice, fresh hip hop sound...my personal opinion is if you want to sound different from most other hip hop songs leave out the "hey"...but I guess that's a trademark huh?
