Dear Friend, the lo-fi genre is not my favorite, I am obsessed with perfect and crystal clear sounds. Having said that, however, your track is pleasant to hear, crossed by a certain vintage melancholy that reminds me of certain pieces by the Clusters, a German Krautrock group from the 70s who made great music. I never stop to think with what means, tools or software a piece was made. What matters to me is only the result. For example, to compose I use a very strange system: I create all the sound material with a synth installed on my cell phone and called Heat Synthesizer, with which I manage to obtain very suggestive sounds. I then edit and edit the mix on PC using very low cost applications. My goal is to demonstrate that it is possible to make quality music with very simple means and very low costs. My speech is to say that I think anyone should make music in the way that is most congenial to him without listening to destructive criticism, so friend, go on like this. Best wishes
Thanks for the feedback. I've tried making beats using my phone, but garageband is just so hard to use on an iphone. Great to see that someone can still make great music on their phone.
This song is particularly interesting because it differs from conventional music. The rhythm of the music is solemn and martial with an epic sequence, the sounds are well chosen and the arrangement as a whole is well conceived. I'm sorry I can't download it. A greeting
I'm really glad you liked my style. Most of the stuff I make I just go by my ear. Oh and yeah sorry that downloads are off, this particular piece is my favorite so I am careful with how and whom I share it with. I don't want somebody trying to steal my best work thus far. Hope you understand.
Really topical title for a fascinating song. Your music is always pervaded by a dreamlike atmosphere that makes it truly unique. There is often a structural complexity which however is easy and pleasant to listen to and the evolution of the pieces sometimes takes unpredictable but absolutely spot on directions. Best wishes
I love the eerie atmosphere of creepy archaic blasphemous chaos that exudes from this song. The pressing percussion mixed with crazy synths renders the abnormal mental processes of the unnameable Lovecraftian entity very well.
I'm a huge Lovecraft fan so I couldn't fail to comment on this fantastic track even though it dates back to several years ago. I find this work very interesting and close to the spirit of the Providence writer. The recurring theme is intriguing and gradually insinuates itself into the listener immersing in the atmosphere of growing mystery and anxiety. The general sound recalls alien and archaic worlds, on the rhythm of fascinating dragged drums. A job very well done
Fantastic piece of post-apocalyptic mood, full-bodied percussions fill the soundstage very well and the gloomy synth recalls images of dark alien worlds crossed by threatening predators. A great job
Hi Friend, I think that limiting a piece of music within a genre is an understatement. It is enough for me that the music is interesting and well executed and that the mix is done in a clean and balanced way and these are all things that I find in this track of yours that is very pleasant to listen to. Best wishes
Very well, this is a truly uplifting sound, with some vintage 80's echo which makes it very tasty. The mix is balanced and sounds clean. Good job
Very clean track with a really fascinating synth job. The loops with a vintage flavor give the song a lunar and slightly melancholic flavor. Another great, highly professional performance. Best wishes
Beautifully arranged song, nothing is missing and there is nothing too much. Each sound episode is exactly where it should be. Excellent production with a clear and clean sound. Overall a track of great professionalism. Best wishes
Excellent dynamic arrangement for a song in which the voice slides over a road made of solid rhythm and full-bodied and rough synthetic bass. The whole is seasoned with some echo of Middle Eastern music that makes the whole more interesting.
Vintage electro song very pleasant to listen to. In my opinion, the synthetically created voice is an added value in a piece of this type. In the rare cases where I use human voices in my songs, I always use synthetic voices because this gives a strange feeling of non-human perfection that I really like. For these reasons I like your song as it is.
Dear Friend, the song is very interesting already in its instrumental version, but I think singing could be an added value. I also think that using the Russian language for the text is a good idea and I think it would sound very good.
Very intriguing loops on a well mixed rhythmic base. The piece manages to be lively and meditative at the same time. The whole is well arranged and the result is very valid.
Thank you very much. The begind of this track was a vague idea of a bunch of chords quickly written on the bar at each time. Then to make more intersting, I only found to NEVER set the kick at the 1st time of the signature and that's it =D
Very beautiful and elegant sounds for a piece of atmosphere that develops in an original way. In some passages it reminds me of the atmosphere of Autechre. A sober, very clean job with impeccable production.
Apt description. The Expanse is the flight into the unknown, hence the upbeat tempo, and more uplifting mood. The other ones of the story have a minimalist somber story to tell. The last song is coming home to a new understanding.
