This is great cinematic work. Everything is gelling together and the track is supporting the vocals very well. I also like the stereo ping pong percussion part.
-Very creepy and ambient result. Like it a lot.
I like this arrangement. The synths are awesome at 1:20.
The drums could maybe be punchier before that break, they get lost in the synths a littlebit when it all is firing off together.
Good one here!
I agree with Mighty Memphis, this is a great track just the instrumental is a little bit hot on the high end and the vocals need to be a little more front and center.
It's got a superb vibe overall. This is a good song.

I like this song, and the performances are great. It's good pop music, which is hard to do.
The loudness and crunchiness of the mix don't bother me, the mix translates well and works at diff volumes. Sounds like a good rock band. :D
I'm up for vocal collabs, harmonies, bracing. Feel free to check out my vocal stems to hear my voice. A lot of people on this site are serial collabers.

2:21 Turn off your cellphone! -Unless it's a sample on purpose, then it's pure modern disease genius artifact. All of your tracks are very interesting sonically. Unique.
Nice work man.
Hey buddy! I actually find it quite humorous that you are the first person to mention that sound after 21 comments. Usually I turn off my cell phone while recording vocals, but I was awaiting contact from my wife, so left it on. I hear the sound come through on the recording while it was happening. At first I was frustrated, but after hearing where exactly it fell, I decided it was a perfect audio demonstration of the theme of the lyrics... so I left it there, exactly as it fell. It even seemed to encourage me to take the live percussion fills even deeper. So it was half a mistaken result of wanting to hear from my wife, and half intention. I really appreciate you taking a listen to this! It's been less than six weeks since releasing this album, and since then my studio setup has grown massively, so expect future things to continue the "very interesting sonically" trend. Appreciated man.
I like this classic hiphop. Drums remind me of "damn it feels good to be a gangster" back track, but more refined and composed top end. Stellar. tasty to bring in the closed hat in second bar. All elements mixed well, sounds good loud and soft. You know what's good.
:)
Yeah, I like these lyrics a lot. I would like to hear a vocal backing track on the hook to brace it a little. A slightly less hot sound on the main vocals too bc it distorts in some places.
This is a really good song and a tight rap.
Thanks what's a vocal backing track? A dub? I THINK I KNOW what you talking about with the distortion I peeped that 2 so I'm a watch out for that in doing my next song
Hey thanks, glad you liked the piano!
I've made a new version which is sounding quite different and hopefully better - it's here if you want to take a listen: http://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/171543
Way better than baking biscuits. Please don't feed the zombies! ;)
Good delivery, hard, street. I agree with centralsdev about the fit, but maybe just some sub bass or 808 booms and eq of high mids in the backing track would set it off.

Track sounds good. It's hard for me to assess it for production because it uses elements of the original track that it covers. (Sia's voice as a base)
Hope to hear your final mix soon, keep it up.

Most new rappers can't change a record without scratching it and bending the needle. :D This flow is pretty sick, very nice lead vocals and hype vocals. Very nice track and edits. Legit!
Hey thanks friend for taking a listen! I'm not sure if I'll be doing a new mix of this or not. I've been kind of focused on inducing a spontaneous vibe into my songs, and remixing can destroy that vibe, so it's a tough call. I appreciate the comment!
Very good song here. Synths are too loudly mixed for the track imo they push out the vocals and the drums. The performances are great and the arrangement is solid! Agree that this is a good collab combination, would like to hear an album of this band/duo.
-Slimm
Superb. Only comment from me is in mixing, in some parts the cymbals and snare bottom sound a little too front and center and dominate a little too much for my taste. The instrumental and the vocal really compliment each other well. Strong rhythmic arrangements.
-Slimm
I appreciate your honest feedback! Thanks for the complements. As far as the mix goes I'm pretty much still learning as I go & this type of feedback allows me to go back an pay attention to the specific areas that you mention. I appreciate you for that as well!
Good sounding track. Expected a house style 4 on the floor drop at 1:20 after swoop/build. would really like to hear it with that in a club setting. Enjoying the shuffling in the drum programming and the smooth arps. Vocals sound great. Very well used synth sounds.
-Slimm
You know, I was about to add a solid house drum 4/4 precisely where you wanted to hear it but forgot all about it somewhere a long the way!
I also think it would be a good match there.
Will have to try that.

I enjoyed putting this one together.

Love this style. Rude 808's.
that 3-6 m track is awesome too.
Some of the vocal spoken parts are a little loud, but I like this.
Most people post praise but I love a comment on which helps me inprove!

I'd never heard of 'icecream progressions' but I googled it and I believe this track would fall in that category. Thanks for teaching me something.
