Very, very cool...it's great to see a combination take place between two loopermen with different styles and make great music together...it's not an experiment, it's more like osmosis...where one substance permeates another and vice versa....blending genres....Looperman is such a great place because this is where the next hybrid beat will come from.......and your right rei there is a bit of magic in this..........cheers planet

on Intro (Back To Church)08 by BigAl808
Very powerful with it's roots drinking the deep cool waters of emancipation........this works on so many levels...but above all it just grips you...you can't do better than that in this medium......cheers planet

Hey mate..welcome to the loop!.....this is very funky..it's hanging out for a bass line....but exists fine just by it's sweet self......cheers planet

Hey mate!,I'm like you Hip Hop and Rap..aren't my first port of call..but since entering Looperville..I've come to like it,and want to explore it musically...I think what your track needs is drums,a good solid backbeat...Rap style very rarely gets away from the old 4/4 time signature..then, you've got a bass man..use it...I'm of the mind that(this is only my opinion, and I'm sure I'll get howled down for it)Rap artist's have strayed to far from the played environment and rely to heavily on synthesized sounds..nothing wrong with that but it leads to a overall similar feel....bringing back the spontaneity of a live band sound would solve that.......maybe I just like the hands on sound...when I eat a cake baked by JohnnyGadget I should be able to tell it apart by taste alone..........I could go on but this is a rented soap box.....cheers planet

on Day to Dai -- (Feat. 286) -Soon To Feat. Orion. by Dai_Kris
and I must say in all honesty your right up there with the best of what I've heard....lyrically this piece is great, and the deliverance just drips with confidence in what seems to me to be the main ingredient for a successful rap.Once the artist has relaxed into his role as a narrator the flow is so much better and doesn't rely solely on attitude and front to carry the message across.......cool work!....cheers planet

on On A Clear Night (Demo - VERY LOW QUALITY) by Scriptique
I think most people would be familiar with the nursery rhyme...what you have done with it is very unique and grand..The classical genre hardly gets a look in here at Looperman which is a great shame...hopefully with your arrival new life and renewed interest will begin in this area.....13.4/10.......cheers planet
Scriptique
Scriptique replied Unknown
Really? What a shame since classical is the mother of all our other musical shizznit... lol.

This piece is nothing, really, but thanks for rating this 13.4/10 =)

Sort of like open heart surgery from a scalpels point of view...I'm not an expert on glitch (tell the truth I've never heard of it before) but I really appreciate the dynamics of this piece..it's very well articulated with all elements being able to be heard and not tripping all over each other which often happens in busy soundscapes......this would be at home in the cinematic genre also..great work!....cheers planet

Hey welcome to the Loop MsG.....At last someone who shares my passion for Vivaldi...I can see this is going to be a fantastic journey with your music!...Johnny's spot on about this piece evoking old WW1 footage..except this is spiced with wit and humour....very enjoyable...cheers planet.....ps great to have another ozzy here

And yes, your interpretation is exactly what I wanted to say.

I love these rocking numbers and you can't go wrong with an all girl vocal line up...they must hold you in absolute awe..you are the human musical one stop shop!....and to top it off I hear you've got a son that will one day potentially eclipse your playing abilities.....it's an understatement to say,but my faith has been restored (my faith in boogie that is) ;)..cheers planet

Eh up Planet! Thanks for stopping by and taking time to give this stuff a listen. Our kid (11) has just become the youngest in the U.K if not Europe to pass this diploma. They are filming him next week for the news, so I will email you the piece so you can give him a watch and listen. As you can imagine I am very proud of him and his talent not only on sax but also on piano, he already plays a mean boogie woogie! Cheers Slap...

on scared of my own blood Feat. Sunbyrn by johnnygadget
Hey mate....your a straight talking, honest stand up guy!..so my answer is yes..I believe you are doing this Attribution thing properly....Having said that,it's worth noting, and the operative word here is 'worth', that if you ever made substantial money out of some music with an inclusion such as an accapella in it..you would have problems!.....The Justice system is an oxymoron in as much as it is designed to do two things well...1.To get money out of people..(suing)2.Pay Lawyers exorbitant fees...Justice never makes an appearance.......He who can afford the most appeals wins!.....But fuck all that mate...I think what your doing is brilliant and it's only going to get better......ps if you ever need representation..I'm not qualified..but I've never met a Lawyer(Solicitor or Barrister)that I couldn't hold my own with..hehe...cheers planet

Warren Zevon sweet tune there! once my brother and I got caught drinking in a state park, drinking was not illegal but the conservation officer thought for sure we were drinking in the car! we showed up in court my brother in dirty work clothes, and myself in a three peice pinstriped suit! the judge asked me if I was this man's lawyer, I said no your honor I am his brother and I am also being charged here today!,
he let the officer speak and upon speaking he tripped up his story, and then it was my turn, I told the judge, the real story and the judge asked the officer, "is that true?" the officer said with a frown and staring at the floor "Yes your honor" the judge slammed his gavel down and yelled "CASE DISMISSED" True story! LOL

Who's Snowflake?.......she's got great presence, whoever she is.....I was thinking it could do with a more prominent beat....but I've been listening to too much rap, hiphop, grime, soap scum, trash can, waste disposal...and all the other associated genres I don't understand, but am trying to......so I'm glad this track came out like it did......cheers planet

I don't know why but the start of this track reminds me of Joanne Catherall (The Human League) must be the phrasing(I think I had a crush on her!).....interesting mix this one,it's nearly a pop song but with a better live feel...great to hear the guitar getting a good work out...cheers planet
