I love the gentle melody of this ...it floats to the surface like bubbles coming from a great depth......after reading the theme for this piece..it's going to be way interesting listening once the lyrics are in place............cheers planet
I've never been a big clubber.....but I can see the mirror balls spinning around in this piece......for some reason I reckon this would be an excellent theme for a television crime series...it's very compelling and unwinds smoothly...............definitely cool........cheers planet
When your on the ground around rolling stock it's a dangerous place to be....like this track there's a darkness hovering at the peripheral....none the less this is very compelling...the beat just sweeps you up into the almost orchestrated machinery..this baby's on the move and she ain't going to stop for anybody.....cheers planet
I was thinking the same thing practiclly when I came up with this one "Kinda like the way this web site is taking off never to slow down"......
The Looperman express! almost as if the big hot machine is a living breathing entity that consumes everything in it's path!
thanks for the awesome review as usual.......JG.
Just happened to be cruising the tracks genres and checked out Country...So howdy Randall!..welcome to Looperman, love that bit about George H..sounds like you've got a few strings in your bow....It's a pity there's not more of this music on the site....good rollicking ride!...any hoedown is cool with me..........cheers planet
Thanks Planetjassbass for the nice comments. I love upbeat country style music, as I grew up with country music all around me since I can remember. I recall my mother taking me to square dances when I was maybe 3-4 years old, as a babysitter wasn't always readily available, and just sitting there listening to it all.
Of course, that was old time country. Still it had a big influence on me going forward. In the next few days, I hope to get more of a chance to listen to many of the artist here, including your songs, and give feedback. :-)
I'll make more country music. Working on a Blues song now. Thanks again...
Randy
Seriously...this is very, very,good.....and the sort of song that can cross genres with ease.......love that voice of yours..........if paradise is there a little bit of it is in this track...Bravo!......cheers planet
Yeah..pretty punchy..this will go down well with most crowds...but what I like most about this is it's a live performance...it's all very well getting your shit down with a DAW...but what really counts as a Muso is getting up and pulling the cap off it!.........Mission accomplished Billy....rock on!.....cheers planet
Musically this tune is very soothing..but with the subject matter at hand this piece deserves special attention.......I don't think there's a person alive today that hasn't been affected in some way by substance abuse....but I'm not going to go on here about that...this is a place for fair and honest critique of tracks..and this one is topping out with MrE's new found groovetude...a sophisticated semi-swung chamber quartet feel....iced over with that at once recognizable JohnnyGadget vocal voodoo....mixing metaphors with rhyming wisdom......cool...............viva!.......cheers planet
This is a very serious topic I must admit, after hearing MrE's track, and his desire to have vocals placed in it, I had a vision after seeing a couple walking down the street both of them showing the signs of addiction, skin on skeleton,
withdrawn and dirty, sunken eyes and dark rings
that looked as if they had actually placed make-up on their faaces to look like raccoons!, but they had not, as they came closer they looked up in unison, I lifted my hand as to motion a greeting, they quickly turned their faces to the ground, and scurried away. they appeared to be walking dead. I thought what if she has children?
this was the inspiration for this track!
Thank you for the eloquent review, your words as well sir are like butter on a warm biscuit! I honestly look forward to your reviews, as well as others, and in no way am i trying to tip the scales on the upcoming competition LOL!?$$$$$$?

Very pro sound.....I agree with MrHand..this is as good as anything I've heard commercially...really dig the wind ...it's blown me away!.....cheers planet
That axe is getting squeezed....just how I like it!..this site can always use more axemen!........well blended tune with a great feel of the wide open spaces...cheers planet
Hi mate welcome to the Loop.......I concur with MrP....and he should know....this has a lot of solid structure..but mainly I like the touch..when you've got your hand on the instrument..you are driving the bus..and you just picked up another passenger...me!.....keep it rolling..cheers planet
Fusion is right...the guitar entrance pushes this even higher up the pay scale..just enough looseness within the groove to make it magic...by the time the flute synth hits...I'm high....this sort of music always inspires me...cheers planet
In a word Cool!...a great rich full sounding romp....yeah this would get even the non dancers up on the floor!....great all round work from all elements to make this one go down well....cheers planet
Hi CB....Yeah this has got that mile eating beat...can see someone grooving to this while speeding up the freeway......thought the intro was just a tad long......but hey that's only my opinion...good job..had me rockin'....cheers planet
Hi Beep......how's it going...this is a cool piece with a solid flow......I like that pulsing synth gives everything a nice contemporary feel...great work......cheers planet
At first I thought this was taking me back to the seventies....then Bang!...we've been catapulted into the second millennium screaming and kicking!.....I'd put this in the genre Psychosis Rock......I really dig this track as it bridges two disciplines, music and theatrics together into a mind numbing happening thing.........great job from both of you!.....cheers planet
thanks planet! when I uploaded this I seen you were on and I knew that you would be the first to review there is one person that got to the vocal attempt before I did it is a guy called notnathan
after hearing his version I thought i would give it a go! I gave Helven a heads up but I don't think he has heard it yet I had fun with this for sure!

Hey mate,,,haven't checked you out before...this is great.....way cool git....love that swirling feel this piece has...I'll be checking out more of your work...cheers planet
Yeah...this has a great hook rhythm....feels very good to the ears...steadily building dynamics...I love it when you can tell how much the artist enjoyed making his(or her)creation.......you enjoyed it so did I....cheers planet
I can hardly write.lol lol lol!..the pickle man visualization is going to take a long time to go away....love that hook line...Dancing Pickle.........shit hot!...cheers planet
