Man your giving this free????Can't believe it, you must know that your production sounds good, I mean your a professional musician. realy enjoyed that and your added to my fave list. How can i compare my computer sound to your live act? 8/10 IMO.
Like that bass, synth type / sawtooth bass, a tip for ya, take that same midi notes for that and create another subtractor and copy those same notes and drop it on the new subtractor loaded with the sub patch, your sound will defo sound full. But I lke this and even those bongos comming in.
Chemical brothers influence perhaps??? The strings sounds out of pitch with each other, I dont know it does nothing for me IMO.The beat / groove progress well in and out and making it slower for that two bars sounds great!!! 6/10 IMO.
Chill dnb???I dont agree there, anyway it starts of as a chiller but at 2:30 things get pumpin away, the sub and bass fits realy good in this track and the snare is wicked.
Dark soldier I guess, it defo suits you mate. lotsa elements and lotsa movement. The bass might need some thigthening?your pads are they samples or do you create those eerie sounds yourself???If its the latter then good job mate.
The bass is new bro, totaly digging it, you opt for the non conventional break, and it shows. Don't know if you can pull it off in a club though??? The drumming is great, you programmed it your self or are you using loops???? If you can put some sub layered with the growler type bass then you have something unique there mate. Try it out it might work, oh and eq and compress the sub don't let it's frequencies over low into the other sounds. 7/10 IMO.
Sweeeeeet, like the pads and violin / strings in the intro, realy feeling your mood here. Layered the bass with the pads nice touch there and the poltergeist type organ in the back ground nivce in the back of the mix. Did you layer your voice to get the full effect or did someone rap with you? Beats crisp and clean, it seems you put allot of effort into this. A good listen even for me I've given up on hip hop long time ago , but listen to tracks every now and then. 7/10 IMO.
Whos katie???? Anyway well, the track kinda sounds gamey????The drums need processing mate, lots, you need a desser or tone down on the high frequencies using an eq and add a compressor on all your parts. If you can tell me what program you used then I can help and review your track better. 3/10 IMO. Read up on some good mastering material and you already did the first step to join a good forum , so bravo on that. Remeber to read the stickies on tips and you can learn allot here mate.
Mate this is pretty good mastering!!!!WoW, so clear and crisp on monitors and earphones. Love the fx,the chorus pads, pads , phaser effect I think, and man there's allot hapening in this track. Nothing stuck out in the mix, every thing fits proper. can't find anything wrong in the mix down, love the groove, it's certainly not a club filler as in commercial music ,but it suits a film like a glove. Impressive realy impressive mate, you must have had years of training with your programs and certainly must have mastering know how, please feel free to share with me the techniques used on producing such a fine track. 10 / 10 IMO. the best I've heard by far.
You realy should continue making these type of tracks. The arrangement is excellent, Like the Rhodes piano ??? layered in the back. Gives the track that eerie vibe to it. Your drums sounds are unique, sticking out a tad bit to much on the drum roll prior to the beat I'd say. 7 / 10 IMO. You have a certain sound to your drums which I prefer to the commercialised beats of today. This is one of my favourates then.....
Ambient track well delivered, I can here your production skill in processing your beats the only down side for me is the beat that does not shuffle much. Maybe it's just that I like lotsa shuffeling going about, btw I could not open your track using windows so I used VLC player that pretty plays anything 7 / 10 IMO.
Lovely bro, damn yo have a sense for beats and melodies, did you play the melodie your self? I don't here you use any FX / one shots? Panning voices? Bleeps / glitch? In subtle ammounts that creates a ambience in your track, this is my wake up song cause it's so gentle yet pumping. 8 / 10
Did you use samples???Please tell me more about what tools you use. The track becomes repetitive once again, but thats not realy an issue throw in some reversed samples of your beat or the game like sound reversed and introduce it like that...that gives you the effect of variation and did you master the track???I think you need compression on that kick of yours and correct me if I'm wrong but the snare sample is the same one used in your other track called Emotion, layer the snare and create variants of your fave snare. 7 / 10, great stuff mate.
REPLY: I used Cakewalk dimension pro (VST) as a plug-in on fruity loops, and the drums and other sounds were just sounds i had in wav/mp3 format.
Dude I like the track, but it sounds like I've heard this before???Is this your original track or did you sample the vocals ? I know where I heard it,...on one of the cuban radio stations on Grand theft auto,Vice City to be excact. PM me lemme know.
Well ..a fog horn is that what you call that sound, was looking for that one shot, about the track the beat according to my knowledge aint DB, the tempo is slow I guess. well then the vocals dont go good I agree there, but with some fine tunning this will get the cormercial crowd moving.
Defo gets some vocals on these beats make sure to check your other track krunkazzjazz I gave you a complete breakdown of your track. This is not my style though but krunkazzjazz is.
mampi comment like what you gave is not comment. You never even stated why you made that statement. As for me the beat is great. It needs some variation, I think that last bit would fit better in the middle some where and add shuffle / or hi hats in a rythmic pattern, that pic up the pace of the track, try it. @40 secs I like the strings / violin comming in there nice touch!! The snare in the main beat is potent it cuts through the beat very good there mate. Defo a track where you gotta get someone to rap on,as per verse, than chorus, verse, chorus, verse outro. You used allota elements in there from lotsa genres and thats what artists should be doing, great sound , stick to your source of different ellements...9/10 in my books.
