I feel honoured that you like the Kay0s sound lol. It's kinda unique, I guess. When we made Chaos, it became a real earworm for Oli, lol. Yo break free a little, as you know, Spirit craves expansion ;)

Oli calls me Chaos so I did a play on words and named us as an ensemble 'Kay0s' - My first name is Kay, see :) And yes, my life is chaotic - genuinely! So I wrote and performed this track to Oli's fab, brilliant musical production! Yeah, fun is our middle name, lol Thanks fo rthe feedback

Hi Richard....I promise you im not a guitar player like i wish I was, but I've always believed you can do so much if you try hard enough....everything i do is improvised and I'm not ashamed to admit it....I play just from the love of the instrument and try to learn as much as possible and absorb and use what I learn....learning the fretboard is key and opens up many possibilities and opportunities to create. I appreciate your words and listening to this track and have so much more to upload. I also look forward to more of your work as well.

i struggled with fear of been seen as weak, but im a lion inside it took me years, i was scared most are, but it was enlightening because its relatable most famalies will have one struggler, and people try to avoid that topic unless you speak up, when you do seek help not everything works so take the bits that help you then you can move forward, being a survivor is also a statement , im not cured of it, but i control it these days instead of it controlling me, anyone can do it if you look at you first, an illness im proud to support and promote

to grab attention was its aim to highlight a struggle many have just helps show they are not alone theres millions of us, yes the two faces of the song title im rewarding you for your progress but reminding you that you need to look at yourself first for improvement, im happy you understood the diuble meaning because you need dtrength from both to suceed

thankyou Richard, i try to tackle the subjects others stay clear of, i talk of my struggles with mental health anxiety vulnerability through my words i hope someone will find strength from them, we all have struggles, irrelevant of your status, some bottle them up like me, i hid them for 40 years, not any more, i found music and then they exploded, i don't hide my scars now, i unburden the load i carry through song and each day it gets a little lighter, this community helped build a new man, for that i am truly grateful, a happier stronger man than 4 years ago. this was a spoken piece from a year ago, all instruments played by me too, but you may also understand its double meaning about looking at yourself first, please take a listen Reverand R :)
