Hello RichardShekari, another great track and very needed message of hope for us all....living in turbulent times unfortunately, but love will find a way....good work my friend.
Hey Richard, like all your music this track is another fine example of your talent, creativity and positive messages infused within. I enjoyed your song and liked the synth melody you played which enhanced the joyous bounce of the track. Great job Brother,
Hello RichardShekari, my friend I thank you once more for the reminders of faith and strength to help thru these perilous times....very necessary messages for us all....more great work my brother.
Hey Richard another wonderful track my brother, your positivity shines like a beacon of light through your music. Again I like how you structure your songs with emphases on pushing the "Hook," for my writing (or vocal stuff) I do the same thing. As I've stated before I'm a fan and will check out more of your music in time. Great job and I enjoyed this,
Hello Richard, you know how much I appreciate you as a person and as a musician. Im also sure the feeling is mutual. Our views arent all that far apart either. You focus on your God, and I focus on humanitys development, morality, and reason. Regardless of how we see it, we as humans bear a great responsibility toward other people, animals, and plants.
What worries me deeply, however, is that in todays modern and open-minded era, fanaticism among people is growing, and there are only a few disputes aimed at dividing the world anew, driven by greed and the thirst for power. The truly tragic part is that these disputes are often led by individuals who have been elected by a significant portion of their population. Has humanity learned nothing from its past?
Thats why I really appreciate people like you, who strive to remind us that we need love and understanding among each other in order to keep going.
Hi Richard, you know I really like the way you produce music. Once again, this song has impressed me musically. Great, clear arrangement, very well mixed and mastered. I agree with Dennel, even though opinions might differ on the lyrics. But you know that's typical of me *smile. Great song! Kind regards, Manuela.
I truly appreciate your insight on the song and feel honoured that you took the time to listen.
I totally understand where you're coming from regarding the lyrics. Differences in opinion, especially in art, are part of what makes music so beautiful, and I will always value your perspective. We all come from different regions, backgrounds, and walks of life, shaped by experiences that influence how we see the world and relate to God.
For some, faith is structured-built entirely on the words of scripture as they have been taught. For others, faith is deeply personal, shaped by encounters with God in ways that may not always align with conventional teachings. Some rely on doctrine, others on personal revelation, and some find meaning in experiences that cant always be neatly explained. None of these paths are more valid than the other-they simply reflect the diversity of how we seek and connect with the divine.
At times, we might dismiss what works for others because it doesnt fit within our own understanding, just as others might do the same to us. But faith, much like music, is an expression of the heart. My lyrics are not just words; they are prayers, conversations, and reflections born from my personal journey with God. They may not always sound like direct scripture, but they are honest, raw, and deeply rooted in how I have come to know Him.
Im honoured and always grateful for your time, for listening, and for sharing your thoughts. Conversations like these make the exchange of ideas and faith even more meaningful.
(SMH) Man... Richard, This song is Pure Gold! You caught me waaay off guard with this track, this has truly made my day by far. I think part of the reason why it's resonating with me is because I didn't expect the message to come in the form of a reggae song lol!
Just the way you sang, structured and played the song was just so joyous and uplifting that it really caught my attention. It has the same effect on me as the Norman Greenbaum "Spirit In The Sky" song had on me as a kid in the 70s. Lovin' your masterpiece and again extraordinary job!
All the best,
Hello RichardShekari, another big thank you for the inspiring messages of hope and understanding in these perilous times....guide my way is a well done track......more good work my friend.
I really appreciate your kind words! It means a lot to know the message connects, especially in these challenging times. Wishing you strength and guidance always. Blessings, Glenn.
Wow! Must have been a reason why I was directed to listen to your song and that reason being is I needed to hear that message. Must admit that I've lost my faith in humankind as well as the human condition as a whole. And if it weren't for the gift of being able to create and express ones self, I think I would have a black heart. What a beautiful message of hope and as you say divine guidance, I really like how you structured the song (My structuring for writing songs is similar but in different a genres). The song is so catchy I had listened to it twice before posting. Just an all-around excellent song and production and fav, all the best.
Wow, I really appreciate this! Im glad the song found you at the right time. I get what you mean; sometimes its hard to keep faith in people, and the situations we face can even shake our faith in the Lord. But I truly believe God uses music and creativity to keep us from going completely cold inside.
Really cool that you connected with the structure too! And man, the fact that you listened twice before posting means a lot. Thanks for the support, and I wish you all the best in your creative journey as well. Stay strong, brother.
Im headed to your page ASAP. Thanks again for the message, it helps in this journey too.
Outstanding vocals on it again ...
though, I could imagine a slightly harder drum from the middle of the song...
cause it's indie or what? :-)
hats off,
Danke
Hello RichardShekari, just enjoyed your latest track, and not surprised by how nice it was put together....the acoustic and electric strings really added something unique and both lead vocal and chorus melded into
their own impressive spots....this is nice collaboration between yourself and john once again....very well done, shout out to John as well.
