I guess after you gave me six reviews back to back it would be fair if I gave you some. The orchestra hits really help set the atmosphere and the short snare rolls really add to it. Great track
Hi Gameb..........I dig this one..especially the background elements and piano stabs...my only criticism(and this is only my opinion) is the sound of those synth drums I think it would sound better with natural drum sounds........great track-value for 4 hours work...cheers planet
Right in time for Sixfinger's synth loops. The song is called apocalypse, and we were talking about how its the end of the world because sixfinger made synth loops. I know you didn't use any.
Hey thanks for checking out my song in like the first 5 minutes it was out and reviewing it =D should I make the kick a regular kick or keep it driving how it is? well thnaks and I will get back at some of your tracks =)
That distinguish between a Mainliner and an Opener. To me, you've got what it takes to be one of the headline acts for an event. It's very difficult to lace a track and make it go for as long as this one did. To mix and fade, interweaving the different aspects and understanding the subtle nuances of keys in a series of notes. And you've successfully done that here. Massive props, mack! Sav'd n fav'd. Lates!
You got yer Scooter? So the stylings of this remind me a bit of Scooter's stuff (minus the vox, which is actually kind of cool, because sometimes the music speaks better for itself by itself, eh?). I'm also detecting some small hints of Oriental influence in this. Great stuff for a 2 hr mix session. Lates!
And childhood dreams on Christmas (or similar). This is def a different route for you from what I've heard before. Isn't discovering a new niche to tap into fun? At the mo I've been wanting to delve into video production. Moving on, I'm guessing that this would be used as a sort of Interlude track if placed on an album? Niceness. Lates!
I'm really diggin how ya didn't start the drums until a bit later in this. Sometimes there's an over focus or use of 'em, I think. The basic keys on the synths are perfect. Some of the more hardcore Rap-hedz might find sumfin to flick their Nose at. Ya know the types- the ones set in their ways. Like my buddy Chris who was all about the West Coast style. Anything else to him was 'shifty'.
Speaking of which, have you seen The Fast And The Furious: Tokyo Drift yet? That flick's got this one track that I think you might dig. It's by The Teryaki Boys (Toyko Drift). The lyrics are so-so, but the beats are flippin insane (they might just give you some ideas too). Off for now. Later on man!
Real smooth. Maybe some quiet drums, things such as shakers and taps, not bass drums or snares. And when I first saw the title I thought it said Wet Dream, I was wondering what kind of music you make.
Really pretty and super mellow. I love these kinds of sounds. Wonderful melodies and excellently produced atmosphere. You might want to consider throwing in some simple percussion in the background. Like some tablas or something understated. I enjoyed this track a great deal. Peace and love, Six
which simply means you put some major time or effort into it. whatever it was it sounds great and i hope to be hearing more stuff like this soon. nice job
this was like a soundtrack to a dream ! nothing like a song that can wrap you in it's wings and take you on a journey within your own mind ! I am in a sugar coma this was so sweet ! lit lighter held high. "Nice Job"...J.G.
