Amazing talent to find on this site. Love the song from a movie that brought me to tears at the end of the penance scene. Your rendition made me feel that way again. Excellent singing in tone, pitch, vibrato...the works

Aww Janis, that means the world that you'd ask.

Did you ever hear the song Csage7 made with our vocals mashed together? He deleted his Soundcloud account so you can't hear it there, but I liked it.

I think I'd feel greatly limited next to your trained vocals though! If we feel inspired though, I'd love to give it a try- just as a quiet background touch though :)

You're gonna smile but the toughest part for me was the "mumumumumu ... madness" part . I think it sounds awkward as I did it 'cause I was too much stressed out by it . That's for the silly anecdote .

The original is a great song, with this skill Bellamy has to go crescendo in emotions and his interpretation .

I have never heard the original, but I cannot imagine that it is better than this cover of yours. I think you could sing the entries in the phone book and make it sound wonderful.

You really have it all, perfect pitch, control, dynamics, inflection, tone......everything to really make it in this business. I just hope some A/R person stumbles upon your profile and signs you to a big contract.

What a woman!! Truly amazing you are :) I like how this sounds overall. Chilled pace, open for poetry in expression of the lyrics and feeling you have to hold it. This is nice cover track, haven't checked out the original yet. I like this style of you Carole. This tone I favor of your musical abilities. Paints the picture vivid but leaves me in deep thought about you as the character of the song. You really can sing just about anything, wow. Thanks for sharing this with us, I enjoyed the listen. I'm blushing when I read your comment, Billy ! Even if I wanted to, I could never match Portishead's talent and expressiveness ...
Just did it for fun, with a "nasal" voice because of a cold ( sorry for that ) and my budgerigar doing the background vocals as always ! lol
In any case, I love your enthusiasm my Billy and the way your supportive words always put a good deal of joy into my heart .

Taratata, c'est une p'tite broutille faite à la va-vite, avec un gros rhume et Bobby Blue ( ma perruche ) qui ne peut pas s'empêcher de faire les choeurs à chaque fois . rires
