i appreciate the real feedback and the listen. i havent decided whether to redo the chorus or the verses, either way this beat by N18th is hard and deserves better, just havent had the time to get at it properly. thanks again.

That's pretty good man. What software/hardware did you use on this? How'd you get the drum beat to match up so well? I have a lot of problems using samples and making the beat match up. Can you tell me how you do it? Nice job man.

its actually 2 different tracks, 1 with the vocals removed which i rapped over and the original, i just lined em up best i could then silenced one or the other, the thunder kinda hides imperfection too. appreciate the review, the track without the vocals was uploaded by a fellow looperman and it took about 4 hours to do the lyrics and mix.

Dang, homie! Some real, raw emotion in this track. I started listening to it and couldn't stop listening to it. Real talk here. I'd change the hook somewhat, doesn't really go with the rest of the song, but the flow is good, and the beat is fire.
