Thanks BT,

Okay... this is more than good... excellent i might say.... i'll put it to favs for sure... you did everything? guitars, drums, solos, fx's etc.? God, incredible work DESTERO.... just INCREDIBLE!!!
Yeah you really went techno on this one Des, but I like it.
The vox fits well and I liked the way it builds toward that lead. Which by the way is killer. I dig the contrast of the heavy sustained guitar against the gentle synths and orchestration.
Hey thats a nice track.
Sounds very clear and well mixed.
It is in a way relaxing at the beginning and goes then into something trance like feeling and ends with cool chilly guitarsound. Cool work.
This genre thing is not realy something for me
- i cant see the diffrent between rock and pop :) -
but maybe its like KRAFTWERK sayed once in an interview - We got often asked what it is that we do and we answers mostly - its just pop music.....
I bet that the Weird genre let´s people run away befor listening :) you should take something like trance chillout or just electronic or even pop but not weird
Hey Joe,
first up thanks for turning in, nice you like!!
This Track is a rmx i´ve done after criticism of first TECHROCK (you should listen to)maybe you can see the different
after listen to the earlier version ,and have a look at the reviews ,hope you can see the cause:)

I agree with FR, it has all the elements of the genres he's listed. It's kind of weird but dreamy like as well, haunting too. Interesting combination of instruments, i really like how it sounds though. Respects, peace
This is cool mate, It sits somewhere between house, trance, breakbeat and rock (If that makes any sense) Love the vocal work. The melody is very haunting and the vocals fit perfectly. In fact im suprized i'm only the second to post a comment (but then again i suppose it is Looperman and it just goes like that round here sometimes)
This is a great track with some superb soloing at the end. Perhaps we should try a collab sometime.
All the best.
FR
Hey FR,
many thx for turning in, glad that you like :)
yes i wonder too ,but thats the way it go´s @looperman
Yeah we should try a collab sometime ,sounds exciting ,nice review,Cheers

Hi. It's a good intro and I like that gradual introduction of the hi hat. Then 0:54 to 2:9 is OK but like a lot of stuff I've heard many times before.
1:42 breakbeat pushes things forward a bit but I find the different elements a bit repetitive though it's well produced and sounds good.
The highlight is, of course, when the guitar kicks n at 2:51. That is absolutely rocking. Quality playing and a good sound and some good little screaming bends.
But it lasts for less than a minute and is really all soloing. Some riffs would have been good.
I'd say you should get same guitar into the first half. Not the intense sort of soloing but maybe more clean but delayed to give a bit more texture to that first half.
I still think it's a decent dance track. But could be better...
Hi SN,
first up thanks for your comment and inspiration,i´ll try to rmx the beta version of Techrock with the modifications you recommend, i let you know when its finished.
all the best,DRO
Driven rhythm in this sweet track! I really like how balanced the mix is, sounds great! Makes me want to mosh a little bit. Cool sounding beats, kind of like filtered or something it seems. Reminds me a little of Killing Joke when they were dabbling in industrial metal type stuff, used to love that stuff. How many subliminals are in here? heh Anyway, killer track, I enjoyed listening! Fave!
Hey Spiv,
sry for late reply, there is not enough Time to watch my Tracks for reviews :)Nice to know that you like >=0)
your comments are very Welcome, have a nice day.

Definitely liking the first part a lot! Has kind of a mysterious trance vibe, it's interesting and makes me wonder what's next. Okay, got to the rock part, and it's jammin! I've got to ask, did you play that guitar? Either way, it sounds pretty sweet, and goes well with the feel of the rest of the track. I agree with FR, the breakbeat is very cool and has momentum. Quite a fun listen, I think you've done great! Fave!
Hey Spivkurl,
Thanks a lot Mate,i play Guitar but its not me at this time, not on a real Guitar, you understand?Yes the breakbeat sounds cool the 1 and 3 one is build up with two single breakloops i´ve combined, nice that you like, thanks for turning in
Thanks Mate,

Nice track I like the combo techno and rock guitars. I see some one said the drums were to loud they sound good on my end I think the guitar lead is just a tad to low in the mix, but this is my opinion.
This is sounding good so far. Nice trance pads and leads a plenty in the first section. It was a great build up to where the lead guitar comes in and the two parts work really well. Thats some pretty intense shredding going on there and i dig the breakbeat pattern as well.
Superb!
FR
Hi MrDestero,
Nice track. An interesting variation on the "chill-out" theme.
Liked.
You have a good guitar in the intro (very good... it's you playing it?)
Interesting "clock" sound introducing the beat. Liked it.
Very powerful (loud?) drums, but that's fine.
I am not too fond of the snare roll at 1:50: that's nothing wrong with it, but I find it "not on par" with the rest of the material (which is very good).
Catchy rhythm guitar at 1:56: simple but very effective. Liked it a lot.
I would lower a bit the volume of the choir in this section: gothic is nice, but maybe being a bit more subtle wouldn't be bad.
The "middle part" is a bit long, but that's not necessarily bad: this rhythm is really cool.
Nice guitar solo: good tone, a bit "shy" but that fits very well this song.
Interesting vocal part at 4:00 (it's you singing? if yes, you have a very interesting voice...)
Overall: I enjoyed it a lot.
Very good.
Ciao, Domenico
Hi Domenico,
thanks for turning in,the Guitar and Vocals are not by me but thats only a question of Time, still in progress!!
yeah the choir is a bit to loud i´ll fix this immediately, the snare roll is a DRO-quirk (for my own style)maybe i try to change it, we´ll see, nice review:)
Cheers,

Greetings. Quite a lot of weirdness in the first couple of minutes. Quite a dark vibe with that bassline and then slightly atonal pad at around 1:00. It needs a lead part to come in to push things forward.
It's kind of hypnotic, strange, trippy dance music.
2:40 we get a much more beautoful vocal choir sort of pad sound that I really like. Very far out!
And then, finally, that lead guitar though maybe it's about a minute late coming in. I think it's good playing but is maybe too loud in the mix.
I can see why you put this in 'weird' and I think it fits better in there than 'industrial'.
Niot my favourite sort of stuff but pretty cool, far out trippy music.
Many Thanks SN,
the guitar at the end has already been turned down, thought it's enough, I'll take care of it,
think you´re right "weird" fits better(sry Valved.)
Thanks for turn in and comment,

Gothic vocals, Classical Strings, RnB Drums and Guitar with a touch
of Rock...Nothing but some Music Man...
By the way good vocals at the end....Solid Harmonies...
this is weird, in a good way.
I liked the dark atmosphere. The guitar in the final part is a nice touch: it's not fitting the rest of the song, but in a good way (it adds some "tension" with some slow riffs, I liked it)
What I didn't like too much are the sound-fxs you used, but I am not a big fan of them, so I am not the best one to judge here ;-)
Overall, this is a very good song!

Vocals are a rarity here, good ones even more so. Your vocals are exceptional. A joy to push play!
1:10 drums pop back out and sound nice with the toms.
Guitar solo tone is of the sweet crunchy over-driven variety. I get awful guitar tone so I am envious.
The "Whoo"s are a pleasant touch.
Strings are nice and floaty in the 3:00 area. Some awesome acoustic work in there as well!!!!
I truly enjoyed this one. Only thing was the drum's volume at the very beginning. That's it. All I can muster. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
