Man this is one impressive piece of work, from the samples used and to the arrangement, very good clarity of the mix, has a little pet shop boys sound about it to me, maybe it is the vocals giving me that feeling about track, totally enjoyed the listen of this piece...Mate will be back to check out more of your tunes, if this something to go by of your works...FAV...Peace n Respect...Mosaic...
Hey M, thanks for the nice review,im sure if you like Hotbird there is a little more good music in here for you, much appreciated, thanks a lot and have a nice day:) DRO
Really cool track. Like the production here. The female vocals are terrific. Drums sound good, its all there.
My one problem is the rhythm guitar never changes. There is no stop-starts or high-lows with the rhythm guitar. It just strums the same throughout. I would of liked to hear a gap or sustained chords or maybe some plucking just to break it up. That's just my personal preference.
You have some production talents for sure. Sounds great! RW
Yo RW, like i said i didnt expect that much praise for it rather i thought about to feature, but this is not the last Rock Track i wanna create and the next one is under construction, maybe you have a listen when its done ,hope that there is no problem with,(i think so),nice you could turn in and left a comment thanks a lot my friend hope to see you here next time when i finished my new work,DRO
Less than a minute in and i like it already. The guitar sounds great, the vocals are spot on and the mix is blinding. The lyrics are great. Where did you get the vocals from? This is something a little bit special. Without a doubt the best thing i've heard from you so far. Absolutely love it. Downloaded and fav'd for sure.
Hey FR, first up thanks for (re)turn in and comment,im not sure about where the Vocals from, maybe Mixcrate.com or Catoo online market for Magix ill check this out and let you know, didnt expect that much credit, for me it was not such a big thing build up this track in fact i was not sure to feature it and if this is the best so far i have to change my Style a little bit,Mainstream is not my favor but its seems to be the kind a Music most people wanna hear,:) glad you like that much, appreciate your review,DRO
Has some nice deep house (Not too much trance in my opinion) elements I like. Chilled out in nature with the pads and echo heavy vocals. Like the drums at the 3 min mark, the vocals toward the 4 min mark fit very well. Guitars are very good too, excellent work. peace
all i have to say is id love to hear a longer version! definitely worth listening to! thumbs up from us here at Basshead Brothers HQ! Keep up the good work, -Vod
Thanks Joe, Mainstream is boring (my Opinion)and even if i think its good,is it not what i wanna do:) only a "Nice Track"nothing more ,thanks you could turn in your review is always welcome. have a nice sunny day,DRO
You'd think that I'd instantly get into this, but the combination of elements is hard for me to enjoy. I think you've done well on the mix, that's for sure. The guitar parts are very nice too. I would like to hear more variation in the drums especially. The vocals starting around 4 mins sound pretty good, and they seem to fit the rest of the song better than the opera/choir type stuff early on. Definitely a little bit depeche mode there. So, yeah, I guess the main thing is that it seems like the same drum beat throughout, after the snare roll anyway. I like the idea very much, but it could be taken deeper with good results. Thanks for sharing!
hi Spiv, Thank you for your suggestions when I find the time I'll take care of these problems, because it currently is not my only problem that I have here, this could take a little time in demanding. again thank you for taking the time to tell me what I could do better on this song. your suggestions are always welcome, please check out my new release "Secret" i promise you get much better into it, P.S. my english is not the best hope i could make you understand, sorry for this, have a nice day,DRO
Yes, you made it...sensational track with flying acoustic guitar and an ethereal voice...magical song, the style what I always would like to hear from the man with special abilities...:-)
Many thanks my Friend, glad you like so much, maybe sometime we should make a collab, could be awesome, thanks again for turn in,your review is much appreciated,DRO
This is a pretty cool little piece. I love the chill beginning, the guitars that come in at 2:03 are a nice touch and introduce themselves at the right time. They mix well with the funky-ass drums that come in at 3:27. It's a good way to start building tension for the end. Now, about that... If I may make a suggestion, or two. At 4:44, the transition to the metal drums is a bit harsh. It's like they weren't invited and just stepped on the party. Granted, that's the entire nature of metal, but I don't think that was the intended purpose in this track. What I would do, and this is just me, so take it or leave it, but I would completely cut out 4:44-5:07 and replace it with a copy of what you have at 1:24-1:47. That way it drops out and has room to breath, and also serves as a separation from the funky-ass drums, as well as a good build back up to the metal riff that starts at 5:07. Immediately drop in some of the male vocals at that point to keep it tied to the beginning, and flowing nicely. Keep those vocals going in the background until the end of the track. They have a great rhythmic value to them that can serve as a glue to hold the two contrasting dynamics together. Utilize them for all they're worth! Again, I'm just some dude and that's just my opinion and what I would do with it. Take it for what it's worth!
None the less, I still enjoyed it as it is! Take care. V.
Cool track. It sounds like AC/DC does house, which is no bad thing, I have been trying to make a rock guitar riff work over a dance beat without success.
If I was to criticise anything it would be to say that the drums seem quiet in the mix deff the kick in the second half, for me it should a lot more prominent.
The track is great, I love the riff, love the groove and well used vocal loops.
Hey Simon, thanks a lot and sorry for late reply:) other projekts needed my hole attention and so i didnt found enough time to answer,it is not simple to build it up this way,but its fun too, and sounds exciting at the end(for me),ok the drums, ill check this out a little later, well see, nice you could turn in and review
i dig the vibes in this a lot and there is something awesome catchy about the trippy frackin vocals going on. it's like i'm meltin down on psychadelics in a nice place during a lovely day. very cool. this could do well in a lot of ways, on the radio, in a movie, and more. well done.
Awesome track DESTERO! I really liked how the track progressed. It starts off really laid back and picks up from there. The mix sounds good too. Thanks for the enjoyable listen. It's a Fav. Nice work.
cool intro - nice voices funy efects over them very cool and in a way relexed nice guitar comes from anywhere nice going to part two - guitar waits for that cool drum oh - funky voices on cool efects - nice metal guitar with orange blossom voices - cool metal guitars on metal guitars ....... hardrock ending
all good. nice sound. cool fx and so on. but i missed the orange blossom voice at the end of the track. it comes so cool and then there are only guitars. but thats only my opinion.
Hey Joe, thanks for your suggestion ,by first listen i thought the same about the Voice ,but was not sure about, maybe ill try well see, thanks for turning in,keep on bro* DRO
Wow! I have no idea what is you or what are loops (probably a bit of both?) but it doesnt matter. This is a very melodic and well crafted song. I really enjoyed it. Thx for the upload.
Wow, this is amazing! Hard to believe that this is ShemZee, he seems to be able to do any style of singing he wants! Totally a cool style of metal that I can get into. When the drums go double time, I can really dig it! Did you play the solo, just curious? Either way, it rocks! Hardcore Fave!
Thanks Spiv, nice you like, shemzee is awesome, i appreciate his work as well, guitar solo is not by me,not at this time, thanks again for turning in, nice review, DRO
The track is really good, maybe its too loud, but doesn`t matter. Only 1 thing the art part, I don`t feel the sunrise I feel the beach and it`s enough since you put this to wierd genre and fits there really fine! Enjoyed this listening! Thanks for sharing! Cheers!
it's nice and U2 like in some ways without Bono's vox..(your own) which are nice. good guitar work. this is a labour of love I think. Well good work my friend.
Hey crucethus, thanks for turning in and comment, its not me singing this song, wish Bono came along for this track but thats only a wish, nothing more, nice review. DRO
